Property description: The Knolls is a family friendly vacation destination with a range of amenities for vacationers of any age. This complex includes: indoor pool, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna room, outdoor tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, basketball court, large outdoor fire pit for large gatherings, outdoor grill area to accommodate larger groups. The club house includes a fireplace, large screen television, game room, kitchen, pool table, and newly remodeled work out room.

Condo is 1600 square feet and features 3 bedrooms (all mattresses and pillows include a hypo allergenic mite & bed bug protector) and 3 bathrooms. This condo is just steps from the club house area and pools.

Master Suite: Queen sized bed with sitting area that includes a Roku television and pull out sofa sleeper. The master bathroom is beautifully remodeled and has a large whirlpool tub and glass tile throughout shower /tub area. This suite has sliding glass door to go out to balcony with a spectacular lake view.

Suite #2: Has 2 (new in 2018) queen sized beds, television and a very spacious newly remodeled bathroom with very modern fixtures and beautiful tile throughout. This suite has a martini deck with an amazing view of the lake.

Bedroom 3:This newly painted room has king sized bed and also includes a 32-inch LED TV. The bedroom has a door leading directly into a bathroom that has been recently renovated with a beautiful shower and tub.

Spacious living room leads directly to a large patio with patio bar furniture and a new gas flattop grill. Equipped with ceiling fan and mood lighting. Living room boasts beautiful comfortable and furniture and an electric fireplace. For your enjoyment a flat screen television and smart Blu Ray player. The living room is also furnished with board games, books, and DVD’s for those rainy days or family fun nights. This condo also includes WiFi.

Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, microwave, garbage compactor, and all the dishes you could need to complete a Master Chef worthy family dinner. Also included: a coffee pot, toaster, blender, electric can opener, ice maker and many more comforts of home. A spacious dining room with a seating area for 6, and a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools available.

Utility room has stack washer and dryer so you can pack light or dry those swim suits.

12X30 boat slip available at no cost. Boat launch available right on Knolls property for your convenience.

Beautiful morning views

This was a lovely place to stay and the morning view of the sunrise was a definite plus. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and highly recommend this place.

Fall Harbor Hop 2024

Here's a 5-star review you can use for the VRBO: "Great stay! The space was nice and had plenty of room for all of us. We didn’t spend much time at the property since we were out for the Harbor Hop, but it was a perfect place to crash afterward. The location was a bit tricky to find at night within the complex, but nothing too difficult. We didn't use the ramp at the complex, but Performance was a short jog away, so it worked out great. Overall, a great spot for our trip!"

Great VRBO

Softball tournament

This property was perfect for our stay. The kids loved the pool and swimming in the lake off the float dock. The house had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen and lots of family games. Steve and Jeanne were quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful time!

My family, inclusive of my husband ,daughter, son-in-law and grandkids had a wonderful July 4th holiday! The check-in process went great. We were allowed to check-in early... allowing us more time to enjoy our short three day stay. The condo was nice and comfortable and the view was beautiful. We would love to stay again!

Another Great Lake Visit

The condo suited our needs perfectly, since we had our granddaughters with us from the start and our son and daughter-in-law joined us later in the week. The deck was awesome. In the shade almost all day except for maybe three hours in the morning. A great view of the lake.

A Really Great Place

We felt that the condo was very clean. It was exactly what was described in the listing in terms of: bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen, the view and the deck, and a slip provided for our boat at no extra charge! The property owner and manager were very easy to work with and responsive. We felt safe and secure in the location. Probably the only issue for our party was that one guest (had somewhat "recent" surgery), had a bit of trouble navigating the stairs. Definitely recommend!

Great father son fishing trip

This was our second time staying at this property and everything was great. Great location, place to launch your boat for free, and plenty of parking to leave your boat trailer for your stay. Most importantly, great communication by the owners and a very easy transaction. Will for sure stay again in the future. My son and I caught a ton of crappie and had a great time.

The property owners were fantastic. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. We also really enjoyed the location in relation to what is around the area. We were mainly in to see family. It was very easy to get in to the condo and around to the amenities in the complex. We will definitely consider staying here again.

great family spot with lots to do for everyone

The pictures and online description were very accurate - this condo was very comfortable and spacious ! We were traveling with our adult children and grandchildren. The pool, hot tub, basketball court, park, etc were all within walking distance and we took full advantage ! There were games, swimming, tennis supplies in the closet for us to use. It was also just a short walk down to the lake. The view from the back deck was beautiful day and night. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cookware/utensils but bring your own baggies/foil/condiments if you plan to pack snacks to go. Getting to the actual condo was a bit of a challenge - definitely not for the elderly or walking compromised. Even parking as close as we were able to the door, it was still quite a hike with the stairs. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of room for all - and three full bathrooms ! The checkout instructions were for us to do laundry/wash the towels, which for us was 4-5 loads. Like most properties we needed to strip the bedding, wash and put away all dishes, and take out the trash. Not much left for the cleaning crew to do after we left. There were TV's in each bedroom which was a bonus for the kids as well. The dining table on the deck was great for gathering and two of the bedrooms had their own doors and deck access. Overall a very nice property. I would highly recommend a visit to HaHaTonka State Part which is only about a half hour away - gorgeous and historical

Fall Festival Weekend

We had a great time at Lake of the Ozarks in this beautiful condo. Our stay was short but we were able to enjoy some of the amentiies of the complex such as the outdoor tennis courts and indoor pool. We will stay again in the future!

Awesome place

Steve and Jeanie were very responsive. Condo was comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful place. Pool and hot tub needs monitored a bit better as it wasn’t chlorinated very well, but that is not owners fault or issue.

Great location, great amenities

We really enjoyed our extended weekend here. The 3 BR, 3BA was a perfect setup for our group. The hosts were very responsive to questions. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the covered deck with a view my only criticism… My only criticism is that the guests are required to wash and dry the towels prior to departure and I was suspicious that the towels I used were not clean as they didn’t feel clean, like they were only thrown in the dryer. The washer and dryer is meant for small loads, so I could see some guests not taking the time to make sure they were all washed and dried appropriately. I would definitely stay here again

LOTO ‘23 Family Vacation

The Condo was just what we needed to accommodate our family. The location was the perfect middle point for all our lake excursions. When we had questions or needed anything, the owners where prompt to respond. The views from the deck are marvelous at sunrise and sunset!
