Well-kept cottage on a large natural plot in Hostrup Strand approx. 800 from the Limfjord. Here you will find peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday in beautiful nature with a large population of game, including deer, hares and squirrels. The cottage is furnished with a combined living room and kitchen. The modern kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a TV with international channels, satellite dish, stereo with CD player and free wireless internet. For a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris, there is a wood stove to spread coziness and warmth. There is also a brick fireplace in the living room. The house also has a heat pump. Bathroom with underfloor heating. There are three good bedrooms and in the living room there is a double bed. From the living room there is access to the house's very large terrace. There is good shelter on the terrace and the large plot. Here you can enjoy dinner cooked on the grill while enjoying the sunset over the area. The large grounds invite to ball games, badminton, croquet and the like. Not far from the house finds in a cozy marina with a small restaurant. Not for rent to artisan groups.
