Modern and energy efficient family house on a cul-de-sac. The cosy living room with wood-burning stove is perfect for cosy moments. The house does not have TV2, only DR1. The kitchen, which is in open plan with the living room, has tile floor and is equipped with modern facilities that make cooking a pleasure. The house has also a bathroom with 2-person whirlpool. Washer and dryer are in the room next to the whirlpool room. There are several terraces around the house, and one is covered. Lawn with swings and a sandpit and space for ball games. The house has a separate annex with freezer to the freshly caught fish. There is also room for drying fishing clothes and space for fishing tackle. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
