Compact apartment in fantastic location
A perfectly formed apartment, making good use of limited space in a fantastic central Paris location - a perfect base to explore all the sights! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Sebastian was very responsive and helpful, check-in / out was quick and easy.The apartment could do with a little more equipment (cutlery, bowls etc) to accommodate more than 2 guests, but we managed to cook some meals with what we had. The dishwasher and washing machine were a plus. Overall the location was a winner for us, walking distance to the Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D’Orsay etc just set back behind the fantastic Rue di Rivoli, easy Metro navigation for others slightly further out (Eiffel Tour, Montmartre etc).I’d recommend the apartment on location alone!

4 Nights in Paris
We squeezed 4 adults into the apartment. Beds were comfortable, shower great, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of shops restaurants and groceries. Arriving via train from airport just a couple of blocks from the apartment. Hosts communication was great. I would encourage anyone to choose this home.

The perfect place
It is Centrally located which makes it easy to go to all of the must see attractions in Paris :). Easy walk outside and just pick a place and enjoy the food no really bad choices. Perfect!

Great Trip
Sebastian was very easy to work with and incredibly helpful for our first time in Paris. The little apartment was a great find and was so close to the metro it made it super easy to get around town.

Amazing Location
The apartment is quaint and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and our teen boys were happy with the pull out bed. Our favorite part was the location. There was a grocery and food and cafes within feet of the apartment. We had a great time and would come back again.

A wonderful apartment
The rental had everything we needed. It was quiet at all times. It was in an excellent location for visiting the city. The owners were helpful and easy to contact. We would like to stay there again for our next visit to Paris next year.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and equipped the property was and that it was so centrally located near both local attractions/landmarks and major transportation. There are many great restaurants and shops just outside your door and the host was helpful with giving us tips and tricks to get the most out of our trip. Would highly recommend. Travelled with family of 4, including 2 teenagers.

Loved this apartment and its location!
My husband and I took our college-aged daughter to Paris for spring break, and this apartment was perfect for us! Lovely decor, nice kitchen appliances, comfy bed and sofa, and even an elevator in the building, which is hard to find. We also really liked the neighborhood. The metro is very accessible and there are lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, yet we didn’t have any issues at all with noise. Plus we felt totally safe walking around, even at night. The host, Sébastien, was really kind and communication with him was great. We really can’t thank him enough for helping to make us feel at home during our week in Paris! I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Accomodation Highly Recommend
This is a well-appointed, comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris with all of the amenities you would need in Parisian hideaway -- induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine (with retractable drying line over bathtub), TV with an English news channel & wifi. Exposed woodbeam ceiling and stone walls give it cozy country feel with skylights to let in plenty of natural light. Fantastic location near public transportation, short walking distance to many attractions, many nearby streets are pedestrian-only, with cute neighborhood restaurants, cafes, grocery store within a block or two. A very quiet building. Sebastien is a very attentive and pleasant host -- close by but not intrusive. Could not ask for more. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend. Hope to stay there again.

Perfect little space
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The owners are next door and we’re very responsive to my questions. We stayed for almost two weeks so we needed to know a few extra things like trash disposal. We really appreciated the washer and there is a line to dry over the shower. The sofa bed was actually comfortable and you could easily sleep two adults on it. The main bed was very comfortable and large, unlike many European doubles. The apartment was very quiet as the street the window opens to is a quiet side street. The location can’t really be beat. So close to many main metro stops and walking distance to so many great things. The bakery a few doors down was great. We will return. Merci to this lovely family.

Great Location!
Sebastien, our host, could not have been nicer. He and his wife were very kind to give us some juice when we arrived after the long journey from the U.S. He was very responsive during our almost one-week stay addressing any questions that came up. Unfortunately, Paris was having a heat spell (the worst in 70 years!). I was disappointed to learn that it was recommended not to leave the windows open at night as varmints might come in. The heat was stifling with no air conditioning--although I understand that is common in France. There was one fan, but two would have been better as we were using both rooms. The apartment is very close to the Hotel de Ville metro (and other stations as well) which made transportation around Paris very convenient. The kindness of the hosts trumped any objections that may have arisen. The apartment was small and compact as one would expect in Paris.

Amazing location!
We had a wonderful stay! The location was super convenient to all metros or to walk to restaurants, attractions or shopping. The bed was very comfortable and the flat well appointed with anything we needed. Lovely art on display. Our host was friendly, professional and easy to reach. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch.Our only comment would be that if two couples are sharing, the toilet location can be awkward as it is difficult to get to if the pull-out bed is in use.We would definitely return to this flat.

Eine schöne Wohnung
Es war schöne Zeit im Paris. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Lage einfach perfekt. Sebastien ist sehr hilfsbereiter und fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Mittendrin!
Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (10 und 13) für sechs Tage in Paris und die Wohnung war für uns optimal: Man ist mitten in Paris und kann schon zu Fuß viel entdecken. Die Bus- und Metro- Stationen liegen ganz nah, so dass man schnell überall hin kommt und nach einem langen Tag nicht mehr weit laufen muss. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, extrem schnell und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen und das war super, vor allem die Ideen für Aktivitäten mit Kindern. Vielen herzlichen Dank Marie und Sebastien!
