A holiday cottage with swimming pool and heated floors throughout the whole house. This is a good choice for 2 families or families with small children, as the house is located far from busy roads. The house is heated by an energy saving oil-fired boiler, which keeps the energy bill low. The living room was renovated in 2008, and the walls between the living room, kitchen and hallway was knocked down. The floors in the kitchen and living room are tiled. Geothermal heating throughout the entire house. The 15 m² large swimming pool is located in the pool room. You can access it directly from one of the bedrooms. There is a 21 m² large south-facing and covered terrace outside. There is a swing and sandbox for the smallest ones. No letting to youth and builder groups.
