About this property

A holiday home located by the waterfront, close to great fishing spots and a wonderful hiking terrain. International TV-channels. Football facilities 100 metres from the house. 400 metres to a lake with trout. 8 km to Svortland, the municipal capital. In the sea, there are islands and fjords creating shelter for fishing trips. The area is rich with fish. For season 2025, there will be an approx. 20 sqm large annex/barbecue and hot tub house right next to the entrance to the holiday home. Cozy location with room for 4-6 people in the hot tub, separate seating area and sliding glass doors towards the harbour. You can rent boats 6 metres from the house: an 18 ft Silver Viking with Tohatsu 40 hp 2-stroke motor and electric tilt. 4 rod holders, sonar/GPS/chartplotter (Raymare Dragonflight 5 inch screen). You can also go on fishing excursions with the owner and his Windy Grand Mistral 37 ft Day cruiser. NOK 500 + diesel per hour, book in advance. Children must wear life jackets when on the dock. Two kayaks available free of charge. One of the bedrooms has single beds that you can combine. There is also a mezzanine with a low bed. The headroom is 150 cm. Possible to rent towels for an extra NOK 50 per person in addition to the bed linen.
