Built in 2002 and in a Swedish style, this two-storey holiday cottage has an idyllic location in an area often called “Little Venice” for its charming rivers and white bridges. It is close to the beach, a bowling centre and many restaurant and shopping opportunities. The house is equipped with all modern appliances. The open plan kitchen has a dish washer, a ceramic hob electric cooker, a fan oven, a freezer, a microwave oven and many more. The living room is kept in light colours and has comfortable furniture. The bathroom is provided with a whirlpool for 2 persons, a sauna, a shower cubicle, a wash basin and a WC. The bedrooms have double beds with box mattresses. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
