Super séjour

Location très agréable, très bien équipée avec un jardin bien agrémenté. La maison est bien située, dans un endroit calme, avec un littoral accessible très rapidement à pied. La cote est magnifique, rocheuse avec des plages de sable fin et une eau cristalline. Et pour ne rien gâcher les propriétaires sont charmants.

Séjour bord de mer

Gîte très agréable pour séjour en famille en bord de mer. Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques. À renouveler!!

Location Cleder

Bonne location dans l'ensemble un seul Bmole en couple aucun soucis maiS avec un ado le toilette ce situ en bas donc beaucoup de bruit lors de la traversée de la Mezanine manque d'isolation sinon l'endroit est bien situer et le propriétaire sympa la location ne manque de rien a refaire juste en couple

Merci aux propriétaires très accueillants ,sympathiques et disponible. La maison est parfaite et très chaleureuse. La mer est vraiment a proximité comme indiqué dans l annonce. Je conseille fortement cette jolie location dans cette belle bretagne.

Schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Meernähe, sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Wir waren im Winter hier (Dezemer/Januar). Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen, nicht so dicht besiedelt, das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (vollständige Küchenausttatung, auch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner, 4 Fahrräder, Zentralheizung und Holzofen (Holz wurde gestellt), gemauerter Grill im Garten, nur WLAN wurde leider nicht angeboten. Das Haus ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Winter sind Geschäfte nur in Cléder (ca. 4km von Theven- Kerbrat), ein kleiner Proxi- Markt hatte sogar auch Sonntag 16-18 Uhr geöffnet. Frühling bis Herbst auch Geschäfte in der nahegelegenen Feriensiedlung (ca. 800m). Die Küste und das mehr sind atemberaubend, der Unterschied zu Ebbe und Flut sehr gross(ca. 6 m im Dezember.). Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, in Cléder und im sehr schönen Roscoff. Wir wurden von Herrn und Frau Lafitte sehr freundlich mit einer Flasche Wein und geräuchertem Fisch begrüßt, das Feuer im Holzofen loderte schön gemütlich. Mit dem Hinweis, dass wir uns jederzeit mit Problemen oder Unterstützungsanfragen an Sie wenden könnten (was nicht nötig war) hielten die Vermieter sich dann aber auch im Hintergrund bis zur Rückgabe. Nebenkosten wurden preisgünstig nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch abgerechnet, Endreinigung war "staubsaugerrein" akzeptiert und wurde nicht berechnet. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und sehr nette Vermieter.
