Well-kept cottage a little high located in magnificent dune area approx. 200 m from the beach at Blokhus. Bathroom with whirlpool and sauna access. From the living rooms and terraces there is a beautiful view of the nature area. The house is furnished with kitchen / living room in open connection. Extra living room added in 2008 with large glass sections and both morning and evening sun. Utility room, 2 bedrooms and annex with 4 bunk beds. The decor is tasteful in modern, Danish cottage style. Everywhere, the owner with sure hand and attention to interesting details has achieved harmony and style combined with high quality and optimal light throughout the day. With the many m & # 178; the house is particularly suitable as a holiday home for a large family or for two families who want to holiday together. An energy-saving air-to-air heat pump is installed. Both covered and open terrace. There is underfloor heating in all tile floors. An electric awning has been set up by the terrace. To the east / south / west there is a large terrace filled with shelter and on good days sun, completely undisturbed and with a beautiful view of nature.
