Restored farmhouse of 230 m2 has retained its authentic style in beautiful surroundings (3000m2) very quiet.
Many walks and visits nearby (Lautrec, Réalmont, the greenway that connects Albi and Castres next to the house for trips by bike or on foot, Castres and Albi, Cordes, Gaillac, lakes ..)
Peace and tranquility assured.
Living room, dining room very spacious ground floor, 2 TV, DVD player (DVD available), Chain-fi.
Large loft upstairs.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, 'Senseo' ..) with large open fireplace (wood provided).
2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 beds 140 + a cot, a ground floor with a bed in a bed 130cm + 90cm + and possibility of additional beds on the mezzanine.
High chair + cot available.
Outdoor terrace with barbecue, garden, sunbathing.
Many outdoor games (trampoline, swing, little shack, ping-pong)
Great self-supporting 7mX3m pool with sand filtration, sandbox.
Provision of 2 adults + 2 children bicycles bikes, many board games + various games of my children (games for all ages).

Sejour ideal à Lautrec
La maison est située dans une belle campagne sympathique. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable alors que nous voulions revenir dans le Tarn que nous avions déjà visité en mai et faire un peu de farniente. Au top : Lautrec placé son site en hauteur, le marché de Realmont, la voie verte en vélo et en courant, Albi bien sûr, les paysages et les villages du Tarn. Voilà c'etait des vacances parfaitement réussies en terme d'activité et de douceur de vivre.

Un séjour de rêve dans un cadre d'exception
Nous avons particulièrement aimé notre séjour dans le Tarn grâce à cette maison spacieuse et agréable et à une région riche de découverte. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé la salle de jeux très garnie, la piscine, le trampoline et les vélos à disposition qui nous ont offert de belles balades. La voie verte se trouve à 2 pas et permet des balades en toute sécurité. La maison est très confortable et très spacieuse. Les chambres sont très grandes. Les extérieurs avec le barbecue, les transats et la grande piscine bien exposée, offrent une vue à 360° d'exception. Le domaine se trouve au carrefour de villes et villages parmi les plus beaux de France. Par ailleurs, nous avons particulièrement aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Un séjour que nous avons donc adoré, et une région où nous retournerons sans aucun doute !

Maison confortable et spacieuse entourée de champs de tournesols. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour entre découverte du patrimoine culturel de la région et farniente. Accueil fort sympathique des propriétaires. Assurément une bonne adresse !

Nous avons loué 2 années de suite (2015-2016) 3 semaines en juillet-août, avec 3 adolescents, et avons adoré ! Le site est exceptionnel : isolé mais pas trop (Réalmont et Castres sont proches pour courses et marchés, et le boulanger de Lautrec est parfait), la piste cyclable Albi-Castres passe à 100 m (bordée de mûriers, de pommiers, de pruniers ...); le bâtiment en vieilles pierres est beau, frais l'été, rénové et meublé avec goût. A l'intérieur : grand écran, PC de bureau, piano et cuisine bien fournie ; bonne literie. A l'extérieur : grand terrain où l'on respire, avec pas mal d'oiseaux ; la piscine est super, et le trampoline est apprécié des enfants. M. et Mme Guibal sont des hôtes très cordiaux, qui ne créent aucun problème et cherchent à résoudre les vôtres ... quoi dire d'autre ?
