4 person holiday home in Svaneke

Holiday home in a good location in the heart of the old market town Svaneke, only approx. 100 meters from the sea, the lighthouse and approx. 200 from the small sandy beach at Hullehavn. In 2017, the house got a new kitchen. Simple but cozy decor. From the living room there is access to a large, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Here you live next to the rocky path between Svaneke and Årsdale and at the same time only approx. 500 meters from the city port and center with good restaurants and cozy shops. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
