8 person holiday home in Hvide Sande

Stylish cottage in high quality located between the roaring North Sea and the quiet Ringkøbing Fjord close to the cozy Nr. Lyngvig Harbor. The cottage is furnished with a large kitchen / living room in open connection to the living room, where there is a wood burning stove and TV. From the living room there is access to the south and west facing terrace, which is partially covered and with outdoor fireplace. Light it up on the cool spring and autumn evenings and enjoy the beautiful nature you are surrounded by. Also light up the wilderness bath both summer and winter, enjoy the clear starry sky, which can be experienced on Jutland's west coast, far from big cities. In the entrance hall hangs an original school card from the old Nr. Lyngvig school, which has been on the site. There are three rooms with double beds, and a nice annex with 2 single beds. All floors are tiled and have underfloor heating. The house is heated with energy-friendly air to water heat pump. On the east side of the house there is a screened terrace where morning coffee can be enjoyed in the first rays of the day. It is only 100 meters to the nearest restaurant and approx. 500 meters from the house you will find the small cozy Nr. Lyngvig Harbor by Ringkøbing Fjord, where local fjord fishermen live. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
