One has access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms with heated floors, one with whirlpool and the other with washer and dryer. There are also two storage rooms. 90 m² open terrace and 45 m² covered terrace around the house so you can always find a nice sheltered spot. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance) and swing set with slide.
