The open concept kitchen has dining area and an elevated desk with stools. The living room has a wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace. The sunlight through the large windows from south and west means the house is very bright. There is a swing, football goal and trampoline (use at your own risk). Approx 300 metres to a shared playground. In summer it is 300 metres to the grocer's.
