Holiday cottage located in the 1st row on one of Funen's best plots with incredible panoramic water views from both the house and plot. Lyø and Avernakø can be seen from the house. The house is approx. 50 m from the beach, you can walk directly from the plot down to the water. The house was built in 2014 and the architect and interior designers have attached great importance to the cottage appearing bright. Four bedrooms respectively with double beds and two single beds. Furthermore, there is a large mezzanine in the house. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower cabinet and sauna for 4 people. Large combined living/dining room furnished with furniture in Danish quality. The living room has direct access to the terrace.
