6 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Well-furnished holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna. From the elevated terrace facing west you have a small view of the ocean and great views of the dune area; a perfect location for enjoying the sunset. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms and an annex with double bed. The bathroom has whirlpool and underfloor heating and the other bathroom has access to the sauna. Both indoor and outside the house is very well-kept with modern furnishings in traditional Danish cottage style. There is a heat pump and wood-burning stove for low-cost heating. One of the many terraces is almost a patio as it is enclosed by house and annex. The house is located on a very hilly dune plot approx. 700 m from the ocean and beach in scenic surroundings south of Løkken. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
