A holiday cottage with whirlpool and various activities approx. 100 metres from the North Sea as well as Ferring Sø (lake). The house is located on a 1030 m² large natural plot with a view of sand dunes from the terrace. Well-furnished with flatscreen TV and a large open concept living room/kitchen with modern furnishings. There is blu-ray player, PlayStation3 with games and a stereo set with CD player. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic cooker and dish washer. Bathroom with underfloor heating. For entertainment there is table football and electronic darts. In the garden there is a swing, sandpit and several outdoors activities. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
