Well-kept holiday cottage with a good, personal furnishings and a small view of the ocean from terrace and living room. The house was modernised in 2006 and is now very bright and has modern furniture. Kitchen and bathroom were modernised in 2015. Large rooms and the 84 m² provide plenty of room for 6 persons. Towards the south/west is an open terrace with great view of the landscape and dunes. Open natural plot with plenty of room for outdoor activities.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
