The accommodation is located on the first floor of a private house in the popular tourist area of ​​Umag - Punta, excellent location, quiet area, close to the beach.

It has a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, bathroom with tub, separate toilet, kitchen, fridge with freezer, table with 4 chairs, covered terrace with table and chairs, free WiFi internet, air conditioning, free parking near the house in the fenced parking, shared barbecue in the garden. The furniture of the apartment is very simple but equipped with everything you need to stay in comfort.

At only 300 m there is the tourist train station that starts from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives at Umago center and vice versa. Grocery shopping should be a few miles to Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine, which are the most convenient supermarkets in the city.
