Al Boschetto, a complex made by 3 beautiful villas, named Mora, Rosa and Noce, is located in the Municipality of Collazzone in the Province of Perugia: it is far about 10 km from Todi, 30 km from Perugia, 40 km from Assisi and 50 km from Lake Trasimeno; about 10 km from Todi, 30 km from Perugia, 40 km from Assisi and 50 km from Lake Trasimeno. This is the perfect place to enjoy your relaxing holiday in the heart of Umbria!
There are 3 buildings: Mora, Rosa and Noce. Rosa, is a two-story farmhouse plus tower, which has 4 double bedrooms, an independent suite and 6 bathrooms (5 of these have all the shower, while one is an half bathroom). It is also equipped with a spacious kitchen and a living room, a pool (6×12 mt), a porch, a veranda and a garden with barbecue and a wood oven. The complex is equipped with a Wellness Center available exclusively to guests, to be used in pre-established bands for each farmhouse. It is equipped with: heated whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath, massage chair, treadmill, spinning bicycles, rowing machine, step, universal weight machines.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: EUROS 600,00
Extra Costs: Euros 150,00 of electricity
Included: final cleaning, linen, water and gas consumption, barbecue with wood and midweek cleaning (on Wednesday morning).
Easter, Christmas and New Year weeks will be considered as Middle Season
Pool open from 10/05 to 30/09
The complex has a Wellness Center available exclusively for guests, to be used in pre-established bands for each
farmhouse. It is equipped with: heated whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath, massage chair, treadmill, spinning bicycles,
rowing machine, step, universal machines for weights.
A breakfast is provided on arrival, included in the price: coffee, milk, oil, bread, cold cuts and wine.
Inside the property is cultivated land for summer vegetables for consumption, free of all customers.
