The house is located on a plot of about 1000 meters, it is completely fenced and the front has a wonderful bougainvillea (Bougainvillea), garden with roses and other ornamental plants and fruit trees, several fig trees that give their exquisite fruit in full summer.
At the front there are two large terraces with unobstructed views, one of them is a wood oven. At the rear there is a barbecue.
It has a solarium of 50 meters with completely unobstructed views to the nearby pine forest.
Ideal for nature lovers who enjoy hiking, there are several hiking routes inside the Natural Park of Mondragó.

Wundervoll entspannter Aufenthalt inmitten herrlicher Natur

Wir waren im Oktober mit unseren Töchtern dort und jeden Tag im Meer baden. Der Fußweg zu den buchten war absolut machbar und kann auch mit einer kleinen Wanderung verbunden werden. Bezüglich der Mücken waren wir vorgewarnt und haben uns arrangiert (Repellent + Salbe für die Kids und Biteaway für die Erwachsenen). Ab Einbruch der Dunkelheit gingen auch die Mücken schlafen und wir konnten von der Dachterrasse aus die Sterne beobachten. Einfach genial.

Review

We had a very nice stay. The house is located in a national park, which makes it very calm. It’s near the beach aswell. Furthermore was the contact with Sebastian / Jose very easy. The first day a water pipe broke and Sebastian came to fix it. The rooms had air conditioning and the kitchen had everything was needed to cook and also very importantly, the kitchen had a dishwasher. The pool was very clean and the garden had many figs, lemons and very (!!) spicy chili. All in all, our group had a very nice stay, and we would come here again. Would recommend!

Wunderbare Finca im Naturschutzgebiet

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Nähe eines der schönsten Strände von Mallorca. Am Abend musste man der Natur Tribut zollen, denn die Mücken waren schon sehr stressig. Trotzdem haben wir jeden Abend auf der wunderbaren Terrasse verbracht. Wir können diese Finca auf jeden Fall empfehlen, allerdings nicht mit mehr als 4 - 6 Personen, da es nur ein kleines Bad gibt. Wir waren zu viert und es hat absolut gepasst.

Ein tolles Landhaus mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Das Haus liegt mitten im Naturschutzgebiet und 3 tolle Buchten sind fußläufig errreichbar. Der Pool war einfach klasse und vollkommen ausreichend, um sich abzukühlen. Ebenso die Option, die Gartendusche zu nutzen und noch zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer zu haben. Der Kontakt zu Sebastián und seinem Sohn war sehr freundlich und Sebastián war bei einer kleinen Frage sofort ansprechbar und kam vorbei. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist ein Traum und man hört lediglich die Zikaden, Urlaub pur. Beste Grüße aus Berlin.

A place in midst of the nature

A wonderful and very quiet place in midst of the nature. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach. In the big garden you can find many fruits.

Natur pur

Alles wie beschrieben, nur in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner! Kommunikation lief im Vorfeld per Mail auf Englisch, sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Haus war liebevoll vorbereitet und hergerichtet. Der Garten blühte und rundum zirpten die Grillen. Vögel und Eidechsen haben auf dem Grundstück ihr Zuhause, Pferde liefen in der Ferne durchs Tal, Landschildkröten und viele Schafe entdeckten wir bei Spaziergängen. Den Weg zum Meer haben wir mehrmals am Tag zurückgelegt, besonders früh am Morgen und am Abend lohnt es sich, die dann deutlich leereren Strände zu besuchen. Nach Sonnenuntergang kamen leider die Mücken, aber das Haus ist rundum mit Mückenschutz versehen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, alles richtig ausgesucht.

Ein herrliches Haus im Naturschutzgebiet

Gut erreichbar (ca. 6 km von Santanyi), aber doch herrlich abgelegen im Naturschutzgebiet Cala Mondrago. Ein älteres aber recht komfortables Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Und vor allem mit einem Garten und mehreren ruhigen Plätzen rund ums Haus. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, einfach, aber in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer im Haus ist modern hergerichtet aber eher klein. Die Küche ist komplett, der Grillplatz auch. Es gibt ein "Sommerbadezimmer" mit kaltem Wasser. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer sind gut nutzbar. Das Haus passt sicher auch für 6 bis 8 Personen, wenn man sich auf die "Nutzungsregeln" für das Bad einigt. Das große Plus ist einfach die Lage: völlig ruhig im Pininenwald, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bucht, ein schöner Wanderweg direkt vor der Tür. Gut geeignet für Familien und Naturliebhaber. Nicht gut geeignet für Menschen mit Behinderung (viele Stufen/Schrägen) und Luxus-Liebhaber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr reizend und hilfsbereit.

Wer die Stille liebt

Das Haus ist wunderbar für Familien geeignet. Es gibt außerhalb des Hauses verschiedene Plätze zum Sitzen und Essen - je nachdem ob man Schatten oder Sonne mag. Sich Feigen zum Frühstück zu pflücken, ist schon etwas Besonderes. Es ist wunderbar still an diesem Ort. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Den Weg zum Strand kann man sehr gut zu Fuß zurücklegen. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, waren die Mücken. Das Haus ist zwar sehr gut gegen Mücken geschützt, nur außerhalb war es problematisch, auch da wir nicht darauf vorbereitet waren. Also: Mückschutz mitnehmen. Was vielleicht auch noch wissenswert ist. Ein Bad liegt außerhalb des Hauses und hat nur kaltes Wasser.

Lovely house in a beautiful peaceful place

The house is surrounded by pine forest with a stunning view of a mountain in the distance from the back terrace. All you can hear are the birds, wind in the trees and the crickets at night. We went with our 2 year old daughter and my parents (aged 75 and 81) - we all had a very relaxing time. There is a spacious living room and terraces with lovely views surrounding the house - bedrooms all a reasonable size too. (One of the double beds was creaky and very firm however - perhaps a new mattress would be a good idea?!). Gardens with fruit trees and flowers - we were invited to help ourselves to fresh figs - and a hammock. Sebastian and his son Jose were very helpful in answering our questions and giving us tips about restaurants and places to visit. They also responded quickly to put things right when there were a couple of issues with things in the house. There are some nice walks in the Nature reserve. The only disappointment was that the local beaches in Cala Mondrago (10 mins walk away), though beautiful, were far more crowded than we'd hoped for in mid-late September. That said there are other less busy beaches within a fairly short drive and Santanyi the local town is very pretty with an excellent market twice a week (although again very busy in tourist season). Would recommend a stay.

Idyllische Natur und schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Haus war z.T. etwas ruckelig (Schlaglöcher! Wir waren froh, dass wir uns von der Autovermietung die Rundum-Glücklich-Zusatzversicherung hatten aufschwatzen lassen). Die Wegbeschreibung war sehr gut. Man braucht etwa 10 Minuten vom Haus bis zum Ortseingang von Santanyi (wo es einen Eroski, einen Lidl, einen Aggromarkt und einen Laden gibt, der eine Mischung aus Baumarkt und Strandbedarfladen ist). Die Lage im Naturschutzgebiet garantiert absolute Ruhe. Das Haus ist im einfachen Finka-Stil eingerichtet, aber sauber und völlig ausreichend. Die drei Terassen und der Garten waren toll! Außerdem haben alle Fenster und Türen Mückenschutz. Zum Strand von Mondrago sind es circa 700 m Fußweg, weiter nach S'Amarador nochmal circa 250 an einem sehr schönen Küstenweg entlang (mit Buggy machbar aber etwas schwieriger, weshalb wir haben unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn in der Trage dabei hatten; der 9 Jahre alte Sohn stöhnte manchmal, weil er laufen sollte, aber hat die Strecke trotzdem locker bewältigt).

Ruhe und dennoch nah am Meer? BUCHEN!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von Kollegen, die ein Paar Tage zum "Teambuilding" eine spezielle Location brauchten, die uns erstens die nötige Ruhe, zweitens Attraktivität des Orts (Meernähe) und drittens ausreichende Platz bieten musste. All dies wurde hier geboten. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, absolut ruhig gelegen (Mitten im Naturpark!), und dennoch ist man in 10 Gehminuten am Strand. Nachts hört man das Meer rauschen, den Wind in den Kiefernadeln und ab und zu eine Eule. Wir würden dieses Haus auch Familien empfehlen, deren Kinder gern die Natur erkunden und deren Eltern gern selbst kochen, anstatt in überfüllte Restaurants zu gehen.
