Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Start your day with a beautiful sunrise overlooking the tranquil lake. Whether it's boating, shopping, golfing, eating, or exploring craft breweries, you will have a fun-filled time! Finish your day enjoying a magical evening under the stars.

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. We are conveniently located to historical Madison, Eatonton and Greensboro which are quaint small towns. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat. Bring rafts to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. Additionally, bike rentals and nearby golf courses are available. The Ritz Carlton, located a few minutes away, offers several dining options and spa facilities.

Our Villa has two suites available for rent. Each has a well-appointed living room area with comfortable chairs, a large sofa and a 75” smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a smart TV. The bathroom has dual vanity sinks with a granite top and a shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances.

The pictures show both suite A and D. Suite A is ground level offering a sunporch and a private outside patio with a grill. Suite A only has washer/dryer. Suite D is on the 2nd floor with a huge private open-air porch. Each unit has its own entrance with keypad entry and beautiful views of the water. Let me know which one you would like to stay in, and I will mark it down. These suites are for two people only.

If more space is needed, I have additional junior suites that can be added to your stay.

We have drip coffee makers with Starbucks coffee, luxurious bath products, hairdryers, iron & board and free Wi-Fi.

No Smoking of any kind allowed inside our villa or on the porch/patio. Any evidence will result in a forfeit of your damage deposit.

No Pets Allowed.

Pricing is different for the Masters and Holidays! Holidays have a three-night minimum as well as some high season weekends. July 4th has a four night minimum.

A Tranquil Place

This space is beautiful, spacious and relaxing. A gorgeous lake view, comfortable furnishings and amazing outdoor space. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the well-manicured property, and rented a boat for a few hours that we could pull right up to the dock. We would love to visit again in the future!

We thought this was the nicest place we've ever stayed for a weekend getaway. It has the latest modern decor with a very comfortable bed and sitting area. We enjoyed watching the latest replays of football games on the big screen television and also enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the beautiful lake.

Beautiful condo and beautiful view.

Really enjoyed this unit which was exactly as described and pictured on the website. The view of the lake is amazing and the balcony was the perfect spot to read, relax and enjoy the scenery. Very nicely furnished and the bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable. Gina was very responsive and helped resolve a small hiccup with internet service one morning. I am very particular when it comes to properties/accommodations and will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and was supplied with everything we needed for our short stay. The covered porch was so nice! Perfect Lake Getaway for Couple or Solo!

Unit D is a beautifully decorated, well-maintained, property right on Lake Oconee. The inside is comfortable and inviting, and the outside veranda is so relaxing with a perfect view. I have stayed here many times and have never had any issues -- the owners, Gina and Jeff, are extremely responsive and are a pleasure to communicate with. It truly is a perfect getaway for a couple or for those traveling solo!

Beautiful view! Peaceful setting! Clean, tastefully furnished rooms with balcony overlooking the lake. Great vacation getaway. I would definitely rent this suite again. It would be nice to have a washer/dryer or a place to do the laundry.

You can stay but you cannot play

All of the amenities such as Pool Restaurant Etc are for owners use only so as a renter I would look somewhere that has amenities included there are plenty of them
