The apartment is located in the best area of Florence for visiting Museums, Churches, Monuments and shops, and it is surrounded by good eateries. Just steps away from the Duomo, Michelangelo's Medici Chapels, and the charming Ponte Vecchio. Everything is within easy walking distance, making a car and public transport unnecessary. Built between the 1300s and the 1500s, the apartment has terracotta floors and ancient oak-beamed ceilings, has a large bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a large entrance room with an additional double sofabed which can be seen in the photos.
The bathroom is small and basic with toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary for self catering in comfort, including a coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven and washing machine. This area also comprises a dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs. The apartment offers high-speed internet access, heating and air conditioning.

Loved our stay! Communication was great and the location was perfect for wandering around, shopping and access to the train. Very early wake up calls with workmen got us up and ready without an alarm🙂

Diego was super and very responsive.
A great spot on a very safe street in a fantastic location. We were a family of 4 and the only small issue would be the bathroom is tiny, otherwise fantastic and we’d stay here again.

What a unique spot right in the heart of Florence!!
This place is perfectly situated in one of the best parts of Florence. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE, even with 3 kids. There was also a helpful supermarket around the corner for basics and a contact who was there for us at any point of the stay if we had questions or needed recommendations. We loved it!!

Spectacular Location
Close to the train station and the Duomo. The livingroom and bedroom are very big but the bathroom is very small. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was great to have the elevator to bring our luggage up. The small shower was a challenge for us as we are both tall.The hosts are helpful and communication was excellent.

Fantastic Florence Find!
My friend and I stayed at this property for a week and it was perfect. It has a chic and historic vibe, and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town and felt safe doing so from the location. Diego helped us get settled and brought us bread for breakfast, and the host provided wine as well. We loved our stay here and would absolutely book again!

Fabulous location within walking distance to everything. Only two small drawbacks. A very tiny bathroom with toilet and shower area combined and the street is very noisy at night. We shut the windows after the first night and it was fine. A lovely apartment and super clean. The bed is very comfortable and large!

Fabrizo's home was spacious for my husband and me. The bathroom was very small but it had the best water pressure on our month long excursion to Italy. A Gem in Florence
I can’t say enough how amazing our stay at Fabrizio’s apartment was. It is walking distance to everything, the decor is amazing, and Fabrizio himself was wonderful! He even took us on a trip out into the country with a wine tour which we thoroughly enjoyed If you have the opportunity to stay here while you’re in Florence, you won’t regret jumping at the chance. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at the Florentine Renaisance. The location is great near the Medicare Square and Duomo yet quiet. Plenty of room; good bed and sufficient kitchen. Communication and help from property manager was great. The one drawback was the tiny bathroom with the juxtaposition of the toilet and shower sharing space separated by a shower curtain. It was awkward but doable.

Great Location
Great location. Walkable to points of interest and restaurants, markets and cafes nearby. Well lit at night and felt safe. Fabrizio also provides small group wine tours in Tuscany region, which we did and would recommend. Great scenic stops with wine tastings and don’t have to worry about a thing. Thanks Fabrizio!

Perfect for a quick Florentine visit
Myself & 2 of my children 17 & 15 stayed here for a few days after their choir tour. The apartment is clean, spacious, & quirky. Very easy to get to & steps away from the Duomo. We were so happy to have the washing machine to clean all our clothing we’d been wearing for the week. Diego was very helpful getting us checked in and responding to any of our queries. The AC & fans keep the apartment nice & cool & while there are a few stairs to climb to get to the apartment itself, the small elevator made the transportation of our luggage a snap. While I think it may be a challenge to have more than 3 people stay here it was perfect for us!

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. Check in was easy with Diego. The apartment was clean and had lots of room. The location was excellent and we easily walked everywhere around the city. There were lots of steps up to the apt but there is a tiny elevator which was great for our luggage. We were happy to be able to do our laundry but there was no dryer as advertised… just a drying rack. There was also no hot tub or spa tub or outdoor space/garden that was shown to us. Overall a great place to stay.

A really great stay!
Fabrizio is very nice and helpful. He took good care of our needs. Location, location, location is perfect. Walking distance to just about all the sights and it is on a side street so there is limited noise and not much vehicle traffic. Plenty of street ligh The apartment is larger than most we have stayed in and is eclectic. There is an elevator but you still have to walk about 12 stairs to get to the apartment. We definitely recommend this apartment and the owner!

This is the original centre of Renaissance Florence. Just steps from
the appartment is the Medici-Riccardi Palace, home of the powerful
Medici family, who ruled Florence, and brought it to the world stage during the renaissance. This area is a mix of small craftsmens' workshops and monumental florentine grandeur, and this mix makes it a very special and unusual part of my city. I love the idea that the Medici, and artists like Michelangelo once walked these streets.

What makes this property unique

This apartment is right in the centre of the historical centre, with easy access to all of Florence's monuments, galleries and amenities, yet it offers pretty views, plenty of light, and it is on a quiet street. This is an extraordinary combination for historical Florence. Its colours and proportions make it welcoming, warm and restful, so it's perfect after a day on your feet.
