About this property

Our apartment has an absolutely perfect location in the heart of the city and on top of that a green terrace with a wonderful view on the Cathedral! In the evening or at night you can see the illuminated Cathedral from your bed!
Everything is just around the corner: lovely shops, boutiques, great restaurants, the Fashion District, lovely museums and several public garages.
The apartment is so well located that you can easily drop off your shopping bags and immediately go back to the city.

Our loft is located in a quiet street, next to the Vrijdagmarkt (=Friday market). So you are staying in the historic center of Antwerp but also enjoying the quiet environment.
Enjoy the great space (110m2), lofty feel, luxury, wooden floor, modern art works and wonderful terrace with a perfect Cathedral view!

When you come to Antwerp by train, get off at Antwerp Central station. Afterwards you can walk (1.5 km, 20 minutes), take the metro (10 minutes) or take a taxi (10 minutes) to our apartment.
If you come by car you can stand in front of the apartment to unload the luggage. After that, the car can be parked in one of the many parking garages (80 meter) or in the Park & Ride on Linkeroever. This cheap parking garage is located 4 kilometers away, but with the tram you are immediately in the historic center.

Fab stay in the heart of Antwerp old town

We had a wonderful time in the top floor Antwerp accommodation - the location was brilliant, the bed was super comfortable, and the view of the cathedral was stunning, while at the same time, the cathedral bells were not so loud they keep you awake.. The flat is well-equipped, although we ate out almost all the time, as every type of eatery is a few minutes walk away. We did agree with one reviewer that the winding staircase is not for everyone, but that and the outdoor roof terrace is what helps to make it special. We bumped into our hosts, who were delightful, and gave us excellent recommendations as to where to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The other big plus for me was a Phillips coffee machine that produced excellent coffee from coffee bags that were provided in substantial numbers by our hosts! Altogether a great stay. Great spot in Antwerp

I would highly recommend staying here if viaiting Antwerp. The location is perfect, located in Groenplaats, its right next to the Cathedral, the shopping strip and not far from Centraal station. The apartment is spacious, tidy and clean with great amenities. The only reason this didnt get a 10/10 was due to the check in process. The communication with the host was great but the code for the building wasnt provided before arriving. However, this was resolved fairly quickly so only deducting 1 star as the host was apologetic and it was a genuine mistake

Wij hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in het mooie appartement met dakterras met uitzicht op de Kathedraal. Het appartement is ruim en ziet er mooi en verzorgd uit. De plek is zeer centraal om te winkelen, borrelen en eten. Kortom een aanrader!

Eine schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage

In dieser schönen Wohnung, ausgezeichnet gelegen in einer erlebenswerten Stadt, haben wir zwei Winter-Wochen verbracht, an die wir uns immer gerne erinnern werden. Wer oft nach NL oder B reist, kennt es schon: Die Treppen sind in diesen Ländern oft ein Problem. Alles andere war wirklich perfekt.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Perfekt für 3 Personen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen in der Nähe der Kathedrale. Für einen Kurztrip nach Antwerpen könnten wir uns keine bessere Wohnung vorstellen. Absolut zu empfehlen. Das einzige leicht negative ist das Doppelbett, das für unsere Verhältnisse etwas zu weich ist. Dafür sind die Schlafsessel im Wohnzimmer aber erstaunlich bequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselsafe hat problemlos geklappt und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen.

Die Lage ist top, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. In der Umgebung befinden sich sehr viele Restaurants, Cafes etc. Die Wohnung ist so, wie beschrieben. Alles in Ordnung.

Charming flat in a charming city

We enjoyed this home base for a short stop over in Antwerp. The location is great - short walks to lots of interesting sites, restaurants and grocery stores. And we were completely charmed by Antwerp. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. But do beware the two very steep, twisting flights of stairs to reach the apartment. It was challenge getting up and down with big suitcases and wouldn’t be go everyone. The host was super-responsive and helpful.

Location was terrific! The apartment itself was modern while remaining historical & charming. The views from each window were a pleasant surprise. Apartment was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds made for a good night sleep. All the amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Tolles Loft inmitten der Altstadt

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Antwerpen und haben uns in dem Loft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation lief wunderbar, wir haben tolle Restaurantempfehlungen bekommen und möchten uns nochmal für das großartige Entgegenkommen bzgl. Check-in und Check-out bedanken. Ja, die Treppe ist tatsächlich ziemlich schmal, aber da wir mit Handgepäck gereist sind, war das okay. Da man mitten in der Altstadt ist, hört man natürlich abends die Musik aus den umliegenden Lokalen, aber meist ist gg. 23 Uhr Schluss. Dafür kann man eigentlich alles zu Fuß erreichen und die Stadt ist wunderschön - wir haben nur zur Brauerei bei starkem Regen die Tram genutzt. Wir können das Loft (und Antwerpen) wärmstens weiterempfehlen und hoffen, eines Tages zurückzukommen.

Loved the apartment and location!

My daughter and I spent a couple of nights in Antwerp, and absolutely loved this accommodation. Had everything we needed, clean, comfortable and very spacious. The location is so central and was absolutely perfect for us, we walked everywhere!!
