Ground Floor - to the front of the house South facing, lovely relaxing living room; to the back then is the open plan new modern kitchen & dining area which leads to a lovely bright sunroom with french doors opening out to the peaceful courtyard garden area with afternoon West facing sunshine. Also on the ground floor leval there is a downstairs toilet/WC & utility room with washing machine & storage.

On the First floor are the two double bedrooms, one bedroom is ensuite with electric shower, toilet sink and also on this floor is main bathroom again with electric shower, wc & sink.

TV in living room & another in the sunroom. WiFi available throughout the house.
