Villa Lux, one of the most exclusive properties on Mallorca, stands proudly on the top of the hill of El Vilar, above Puerto Pollensa. Providing the most breathtaking views over the sea and the Tramuntana mountains, Villa Lux is the perfect choice for a truly luxury holiday in a totally private, panoramic location. With 4 large bedrooms, wide windows, spacious terraces and large private pool, this villa has been designed with comfort and class in mind.

Inside, the villa is set over two floors (measuring more than 500sqm) with the main living area located on the upper floor and the 4 bedrooms on the lower floor. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, together with 2 lounges and a WC. The views that can be enjoyed from the huge windows are truly amazing, and will leave speechless even the most demanding guuests. Large patio doors open onto the furnished sea-facing terraces.
On the lower floor there are 4 bedrooms: a spacious master suite with its own bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 further bedrooms (one with 2 standard single beds, one with 2 beds each 150cm wide) sharing a family bahtoom. There is also a useful kitchenette leading to the pool patio. As for the upper floor, the bedrooms enjoy unique, unobstructed views.

Outside, Villa Lux is surrounded by large tarraces facing the sea and the pool, gently caressed by the Mallorcan breeze and totally private. Outdoor dining facilities, together with brick-built barbecue, are provided.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am The spacious private pool, attracting sun all day, measures 9m x 4.5m. Comfortable sunbeds, chill out areas, and ping pong table are provided for extra enjoyment.

We will send you a link from our bank where you will be able to pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is compulsory.
The villa will be clean and ready for your arrival and will be cleaned on the day of your departure.
