Bon séjour , même si les huisseries méritent d’être changé pour le côté phonique et la fermeture , très vieillot . Un bon nettoyage du mobilier et des murs serai une bonne chose .Mr et Mme Martinez sont des hôtes agréables

Der Schein trügt!
Check in sehr nett und freundlich. Lage zum Carrefour City und Strand auch richtig beschrieben. Die Hotels & Restaurant entsorgen das Altglas im Innenhof ( zu jeder Zeit)Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine komplett Renovation.Die Bilder sind mehrere Jahre alt !! Alles ist schmuddelig. Bad Armaturen sind rostig. Waschmaschine Gummi mit Schimmelpilze .Da es keinen Geschirrspüler hat ( gab es wohl früher mal), ist das Besteck und Geschirr schmutzig. FE-WO Wohnung waren immer toll. Dieses X eine große Enttäuschung! Leider nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Great Location! Close to Everything!
I spent a month at this well-maintained, ideally located apt. with lovely linens. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. It was very quiet. The only sound being the seagulls. So wonderful to have the train station, buses and groceries so close. Can’ t wait to return.

Elegante Fewo zentral u sehr ruhig
2 Wochen im April 2024 in einer Top-Fewo:elegant eingerichtet,hell u freundlich,rund 9m lange raumhohe Fenster und Terrassentüren zum gleich langen Balkon.Zentral gelegen,trotzdem absolut ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse.Nur 100m zum Carrefour-Supermarkt ,200m zum Strand, 10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof.Freundlicher Verwalter.Absolut empfehl enswert: 5 Sterne

Amazing!
We’ve stayed at this property twice now. The owner is fantastic, meets you at the property, & shows you around. The location is 100 m from the beach and promenade. Bakeries and restaurants right there. Love it!

Très bien mais ménage à revoir
Emplacement parfait, tout ce dont on a besoin dans l’appartement pour un bon séjour, communication très facile mais des efforts sur le ménage sont à faire. Aussi, les photos ne st pas à jour, la cuisine a été refaite. La table de SAM et les tables de chevet ne sont plus de qualité comme on peut le penser en regardant les photos.

Good location close to beach and amenities. Check in process easy and owner met us at property. Quiet area at night. 1 min walk to shop and restaurants, bakery 2 min walk. Short walk to centre of menton.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé, idéal pour passer une semaine de vacances, très calme, juste la rue a traverser pour accéder à la plage. Gare SNCF à 5mn. Juste un souci de stationnement.

Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft in Menton
Wir, ein älteres Ehepaar, waren Anfang Juni für eine Woche dort und sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl. Unsere Randbedingungen: Nach Nizza geflogen, weiter mit der Bahn dorthin sowie auch damit dann in der Umgebung von Menton unterwegs. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war schon Auswahlkriterium, die gleichzeitige Nähe zum Strand haben wir auch gesucht und genossen, Nähe zum Zentrum und absolute Nähe zum Lebensmittelladen war auch hoch willkommen. Dabei war die Wohnung ruhig (Blockinnenseite, auch ruhige Straße), das lauteste Geräusch von draußen war noch das 'Lachen' der Möwen. Die schön gestaltete Wohnung ist für zwei Pers. großzügig. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, es sind sogar Strandutensilien vorhanden. W-LAN perfekt, Fernsehen mit sehr vielen Programmen, allerdings keins in Deutsch (auch DW sendet anscheinend nur noch in Englisch). Heute ist ja aber über Handy und W-LAN deutsches Fernsehen teilweise verfügbar, soweit gefragt. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, hilfsberteit und zurückhaltend, Kommunikation in Englisch bestens möglich.

Super zentral gelegen!
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe der Strandpromenade und man erreicht alles wunderbar zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und puristisch , das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen . Der Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert.
