En-suite bedroom on quiet street with king size bed. This lovely room is located at the rear of a private residence. It has its own entrance and private staircase. The room includes wifi, HVAC, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower. The studio is 2.5 blocks from the harbor and 3 blocks from Main St. Parking is NOT included without prior consent of owner. No cable TV but streaming available. Easy walk to beaches, dining, shopping, movies, galleries and public transportation. There is off street parking for bikes. Beach chairs and umbrella for two included.
It includes high end sheets from Matouk, Frette or Boll and Branch, towels and beach towels.
Iron and ironing board, vacuum and hair drier are in the room.

Beautiful space!

We loved staying in this well appointed studio, surrounded by trees. It is in a great location and was very comfortable. The owners were gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Comfy room in a beautiful neighborhood

This was our first time staying in the heart of Edgartown, and we enjoyed being on a quiet side street in a neighborhood of beautiful historic homes. The accommodations are steps away from all that we enjoy doing in the area, such as accessing the bike trail, walking into town for a delicious meal, going to Lighthouse and State Beaches etc. The room had all that we needed for a comfortable 4 day get-away.

Comfortable and a perfect location

This studio apartment is perfect for a getaway. The location is great - short walk to Main Street yet quiet and away from the crowds. The studio is clean and has all the necessities - TV, AC (we didn’t use), good water pressure, fridge, coffee maker, comfy bed. We wish we were there now!

Beautiful room clean and spacious the owner was not very pleasant we did arrive early but still no reason for rudeness maybe just having a bad day otherwise good just fyi i think when your renting properties maybe a more welcoming mat at the front door would be nice .....

Perfect location for weekend trip

My boyfriend and I visited for a long weekend to attend a wedding and we loved that we could easily walk to and from the town at this location and it was clean and easy to communicate with host.

Cozy Great Location

Thank you so much for the lovely stay. Bonus amenities to make your stay feel like you are at home. Great bed, plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, bedding. Edgartown Visit

My partner and I had a great time staying at Katherine’s studio in Edgartown. The location to the center of town was great (about a 5 minute walk) and it was easy to access the bike paths from the house, making it an easy trip to go to the beach by bike. We used the complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. As advertised, there isn’t a full kitchen so we ate all of our meals out and there isn’t a private yard to hangout in (there is a back porch looking off into the driveway with a small table if you do wish to sit outside at all). This was completely fine for us as we were out and about for most of the day and went to restaurants for our meals. We would stay again! Thank you for hosting us.

Enjoyable Edgartown stay

Large bedroom with high ceilings, king sized bed, en-suite bath, lots of windows for natural light and nice sitting areas. You might not think you need A/C but it was nice to have getting ready for a wedding. Fantastic location for walks to town for morning coffee, (and every other meal), shopping and beautiful water views. We would stay again!

Wonderful.

Bed and bath are attractive, pristine clean, newly renovated, located 3 short blocks from the business center of Edgartown. High quality sheets and towels. I wouldn't call the room small. Hostess answered questions quickly and helped with our one request. Lovely neighborhood with some 18th and 19th c. homes. We would enjoy staying here again.

Perfect couples getaway

This cute clean studio apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. The location is a five minute walk to town through quaint New England streets. Katherine was very accommodating and answered all questions about the area and Local restaurants. We brought our bikes and there was a place to store them. The apartment was a short 3 to 5 minute ride to the entrance of Martha vineyard bike trail to Oak Bluffs. The room was clean and nicely decorated and cane with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. This really is a perfect location for any couple looking for a weekend retreat.

Location in easy walking distance to downtown Edgartown, the ferry, and the beach. The studio was clean and cute with an amazingly comfortable bed. The property manager was available and quick to respond. I recommend this rental.
