To access the apartment it is necessary to go down a floor on foot, and it is distributed in:

* One bedroom with double bed (150 cm).

* Dinning room with 140 cm Italian sofa bed, Wi-Fi and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels) and air conditioning.

* American kitchen fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...)

* Bathroom with bath and bidet.

* Beautiful south facing terrace with stunning views of the bay of Roses and the sea (180 °)

* Private parking space for each apartment.

Located 10 minutes walk from the Canyelles beach (natural beach of fine sand with 5 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Located 20–30 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train for a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueras, an immersion in the Medes Islands nature reserve, animations in summer, walk along the promenade with many restaurants and its local specialities. To the indicated price it is necessary to add the tourist tax of 2€ per person over 16 years old. The tax is per person per day (with a maximum of 14€ per person).
