Furnished in stylish and luxurious touches, Yasmin Villa offers a perfect layout to maximize views. Offering a quick access to Bali beach, the single-storey villa can accommodate 3 people in beds and up to 4 people if it is necessary.

Indoor layout

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area consisting of a living room area with a sofa, satellite 55 HDTV including Netflix, Playstation 4, a dining area and a fully equipped functional kitchen. From the living room area, you have direct access to the pool area which offers exceptional panoramic views of the Cretan sea.
As you go through the corridor, there is a bathroom with hydromassage shower. Then there are 2 bedrooms in the villa, one with a double bed (1,40X2,00) and access to the pool area and the other one with a semi-double bed (1,20X2,00) and access to the garden area. Both bedrooms offer HDTV, air-condition, closet and access to the outdoor area.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- A 20 sq. m infinity swimming pool with pool alarm system for child safety. The use of pool heating system will cost an additional charge per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

- Gas barbecue

- Dining table for 4 people next to the pool.

- A variety of furnished spots (with four sun beds, an umbrella, tables and chairs) for relaxing in the garden around the villa

Beautiful villa with a beautiful view!

Everything is as described. We paid for the pool to be heated but didn’t get the value of it due to the weather (May). Inside the villa is lovely with the added bonus of a smart tv. I would say it would be snug for 4 people.

Very good welcome pack on arrival, everything you need and even a bottle wine. Villa is stunning and so is Bali. Would definitely come back.

Amazing villa overlooking Bali bay. Villa was perfect for family of 4 or 2 couples. Very clean, nice living space inside with great infinity pool and area for sunbathing/relaxing outside. Great location with amazing views of mountains and Bali village and ocean. Short walk into Bali with bars, restaurants. Beaches in Bali were a little overcrowded but villa comes with free sunbeds at Baboo beach bar which was well worth the slightly longer walk! Be ready for steep uphill walk from village back to villa, but very much worthwhile to have the spectacular views around! Would thoroughly recommend this villa and Bali as location for great family holiday.

Positiv: Bei Ankunft waren Lebensmittel für ein erstes Frühstück und ausreichend Wasser vorhanden. Alle Beanstandungen wurden behoben. Negativ: Angaben zur Entfernung zum Strand stimmen nicht. Bergab mindestens 1 Std. Fussweg, bergauf entsprechend länger. Schatten auf der Terrasse erst ab Nachmittag, der Sonnenschirm hat keinerlei Funktion, da er nur dem Nachbargrundstück Schatten spendet. Schmutzige Handtücher und verschlissene Poolhandttücher. Kaffemaschine verrostet und mit Wackelkontakt, Gefahr eines Kurzschlusses. Bett im größeren Schlafzimmer nicht besonders gut. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht

Lovely villa

The villa was ideal for my wife and I, we stayed for a week and really enjoyed the setting, the outdoor space, gorgeous pool, attentive service and generally high spec throughout. After a few attempts we found the best way to walk into town and back, lots of steps and steep hills but not far at all, 10-15 minutes walk to the harbour. Bali is a beautiful, , relaxed and friendly resort town, quiet in September 2020 for obvious reasons. The concierge style service was a real bonus, great for local advice and restaurant reservations etc. we used it frequently. I felt that the owner clearly cares about their guests from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Yasmin

Le paradis...

Nous avons passé 15 jours au paradis. La villa et sa piscine privée ont comblés nos attentes. La ville de Bali beach permet d’atteindre aisément les principaux points d´intérêt de l’Ouest de la crête. Merci à l’agence Etouri pour l’accueil et la qualité des services fournis. Nous reviendrons en famille dès que possible. 👌👍

Absolut genialer Aufenthalt

Ein super Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Schon vorab wurde sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Hatten einen direkten Ansprechpartner vor Ort, auch für Zusatzleistungen. Schlüsselübergabe lief Problemlos ab. Das Haus war relativ neu und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Alle 3 Tage kam jemand zum reinigen und zum Handtuch wechsel. Der Pool wurde alle 2-3 Tage zusätzlich gereinigt. Also Service wie in einem Hotel, nur mit deutlich mehr Ruhe ;-) Wir waren sehr häufig am Strand in der Baboo Bar, die auch dem Besitzer gehört. Hier waren immer Sunbeds reserviert für uns, es gab Handtücher und eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos. Man konnte direkt am Strand seine Sachen bestellen. Die Preise waren für deutsche Verhältnisse günstig bis okay. Auch der Gesamte Abschnitt der Bar war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Bedienungen (eigentlich egal wo man auf Kreta war) überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das haben wir so noch in keinem anderen Urlaub erlebt. Hier waren wir gerne sehr großzügig was das Trinkgeld angeht, weil die Leute es aus unseren Augen einfach verdient hatten. Alles in Allem war das unsere beste Unterkunft die wir in den letzten Jahren hatten, vom Service über die Unterkunft bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern. Wir verreisen sehr häufig individuell und buchen eher selten mal ein Hotel. Können also ganz gut einschätzen was uns hier geboten werden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal zu besuch!

Absolutely stunning!

Villa Yasmin was stunning. Beautifully clean, tastefully decorated and perfect location. The outdoor area was perfect, clean pool, comfortable sunbeds and amazing view. The cleaners were lovely and friendly, the villa was cleaned every 3 days and new towels and bedding replaced. Eleni was so helpful and always available to answer questions or give advice. We would highly recommend this villa and this company to others. It was excellent.

Stylish villa

We had a lovely 2 week stay in Villa Yasmin. It’s beautifully styled with everything we needed.... air con, dishwasher, coffee machine, lots of useful bits & bobs! Spotlessly clean with regular fresh sheets & towels. The booking and arrival process was really good, lots of communication including a phone call to check we were happy on the evening of our arrival. Our travel advisor on speed dial from the villa was really helpful & arranged a day trip for us. The villa owner offered us free sun beds at her beautiful beach bar which was just as stylish as the villa and well worth the walk! Bali is charming but hilly- it kept us fit but might be tricky for those with less mobility. Only improvement we could suggest... an extra sun bed on the terrace, oh and the second bed was “cosy” (we expected that, it is described as a small double which is fair) ... all in all a big yes from us!
