Wonderful place to stay and enjoy downtown Bozeman! Accommodations were perfect for us and our dogs to enjoy a few days during the holidays. We never even had to get in our car as everything was within walking distance.
This house was perfect for our visit. Our daughter lives close to campus and we could walk to see her! Close to all that bozeman has to offer! The house was super clean and the beds super cozy! We had a great stay and highly recommend this place!
This was an ideal location and property for my small family to base out of around BZN and skiing Bridger. We had cold weather a couple
of the days and had to hang around the house, but it was a good time. We would absolutely choose to stay here again. Thanks!!
Perfect little home for our family of five. We were in town for Spring Break and having a house within walking distance to all the downtown food and nightlife scene made it the perfect spot. The house is cozy and has everything you need.
Our stay was amazing! The house was perfectly located to all the events we need to attend as we were in town for a wedding. Every day of our stay I walked the charming neighbors and explored. The communication was stellar and we had great recommendations from our host! The house itself is inviting with great updates and very clean. I’d happily stay again when in town.
This cute house has amazing location to enjoy downtown Bozeman and easy access to MSU for visiting your student. We stayed for graduation weekend and we had tons of fun. Was easy to get to and from campus and walkable to all the fun downtown Bozeman has to offer. Thank you for a great weekend.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our long weekend in Bozeman. The house was very comfortable and only one block from Main Street where we enjoyed the shops and restaurants. Best of all, was the prompt and thoughtful communication with Sara. Thank you!
Check in was fabulous - easy and early, which was a great perk. This home is walkable to the park and downtown Bozeman. Worked well for our group. The only down fall was the small, single bathroom. Hard to manage with a family of 5.
Picked for directly adjacent access to downtown. Needed 3 bedrooms. Loft (attic) bedroom was fun and added privacy to house gathering overall. Kitchen is nicely remodeled / well-equipped and provided enough sit-down at table room to accommodate entertaining family meals. House temp was perfect, staying cool in excessive heat & warming up when cold rain showed up. Enjoyed by the whole family the whole time!
Super location for walking downtown and to nearby parks. The house was clean and comfortable with cozy beds. Great communication with host. Had no problem finding street parking close by. Upstairs AC kept sleeping temps comfortable upstairs and helped downstairs as well. None of the windows have screens so it was a little unnerving leaving the windows on main floor open at night but it was also a must to cool the house down overnight on hot days. Nobody was occupying the second house on the property in the backyard, which gave us more privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt like there were some things that could be improved without the landlord incurring much cost: newer towels(towels had been used a lot) cleaner accommodations (the knife rack hadn’t been dusted in a looong time), more tall glasses, better pots and pans. Blankets were dirty, heating system needs to be improved. There was no heat in the living room or kitchen. Only two registers were in bathroom and main bedroom. No extra bathroom hand towels. For this price and location we expected more. Light above cooktop was inoperable so was very dark when cooking. Just needs some TLC. If you plan to continue to rent I would encourage you to consider the items above.
Great process from start to finish. Description of property is spot on and communication was great. Stayed with friends over a weekend. Very comfortable beds, quiet area being so close to Main Street. Best part for us was the ability to walk anywhere downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed there for an MSU football game and homecoming weekend. Proximity to downtown is amazing and it’s a good walk or a short drive to campus. Bathroom space is a little tight for 4 people but we made it work and would stay again !
Really cute home a block off Main Street. Great, easy to work with owners. Listing is totally accurate. We are a family of 6 and fit in easily. Would rent again!
Great little house and great location within walking distance to downtown. Sara (one of the hosts) was quick to help and the house was spotless. Highly recommended for our short girls trip.

About the host

My daughter, son-in-law and I enjoy downtown living very much. We just purchased a new home on Sourdough Road (basically the same road as Church Ave just a few miles south) and we did not want to let go of this property. We always love to stay at vacation rentals when we travel and hope you do as well.
Why they chose this property
As I have said the location of this property is great for downtown, the farmer's market, very close for Sweet Pea Festival, as well as SLAM. Music on Main is a must on Thursday in the summer, and a late night stop at the Pita Pit can always satisfy your hunger pains. Close to Bridger Bowl for skiing, the M for hiking, hylite peak, all the things people love to come to Bozeman for.
What makes this property unique
The exterior of the home is done in Key West pastels that invite you inside, a new central air furnace will warm you up after a day of winter activities and everyone will gather in the modern kitchen for storytelling and a refreshing drink. You can either walk to Montana Ale Works or Open Range (2 blocks) or stay in and prepare your food in our completely stocked kitchen.
