The modern kitchen features new glass back splash and quartz counter tops along with java cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. There is a second living/family room just off the kitchen featuring a gas fireplace.
The southwest facing three tiered patio is accessible via the kitchen and allows for excellent entertaining! There is also a BBQ & fire pit in the backyard for those warm summer nights.
**PETS*** A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the unit. $25 Pet fee per night - Pet agreement to be signed upon booking and a $300 refundable pet deposit due at check in.
Please indicate ahead of time if you are travelling with a pet. Pet is not to be left alone in the home. Guests MUST AGREE to walk pet off property for potty breaks or use the provided dog run exclusively. Pet is NOT PERMITTED on any of the furniture in the home or on the bedroom level of the home. Guests must agree to this prior to booking.
All the living areas of the home are on the upper two levels. The basement is not accessible for guest use.
All bookings require a signed RENTAL AGREEMENT acknowledging house rules and community bylaws. This will be emailed and is required to be signed within 24 hours of booking.
As is standard, it's expected that you leave the house in the same condition upon which you found it. The included cleaning fee is so you get to walk into a fresh, sanitized, spotless, clean home. It's not for our cleaners to do your dishes or pick up your garbage, wipe nasty spills etc.
Our cleaners don't clean up after you, they clean, prep and sanitize FOR you.
*For booked stays longer than 2 weeks, bi monthly cleaning is required and will be added to the reservation. This includes floors, kitchen and bathrooms and is done in order to keep the house in tip top state through bookings of our long-term guests. Per visit cost is $175.00
