Nice property, maintence and management needed improvement.
Location fantastic. Close to gorgeous beach. Pool brilliant, very clean and spacious. Initial contact with local agent very good, although confusion over which accommodation was ours led to a delay in checking in. Flat itself was bright, large and well-decorated. Lots of room on terrace. However master bedroom and bathroom smelt of damp. Missing bulbs for several lights. Alerted agent at beginning of holiday but wasn't sorted out. Unfortunately, youngest son had an accident and wet the bed a few hours before our departure. Let the local agent know via WhatsApp before we left - did not try to disguise it. We have been charged nearly the whole damage deposit (a monkey) to replace a single, foam mattress. Felt this was far too much and so immediately requested receipts to justify the charge. Have received no response. A disappointing end to a really fun family holiday. Would return to complex (Club Aquarium) but not to this property.
