Best Stay ever in Cannes

We had a very good stay with the only problem that we could not stay longer. The villa was very nice, the beds are comfortable, the climate (june) was ok (not too hot in the house). Over all we loved it The host and his team is very friendly, the communication is perfect.

An oasis of calm close to the town and the beach

A gem of a villa nestling in a secluded and private spot behind gates, but only a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes away from the town centre. Lots of space, both outdoors and in, and all the facilities for a great family holiday.

Week in the south of France

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Coffee and croissants (picked up nearby) al fresco, a day at the beach or shopping in Cannes (walking distance) or at the many landmarks and destinations within a 60-90 minute drive. Regroup at the pool in late afternoon and had as many dinners at home (well equipped kitchen and grill allowed us to take advantage of the amazing produce and local ingredients) as at the great restaurants in the area. J-P was a wonderful caretaker and source of information. It was fantastic!

Cannes in September

Although we shared the villa among colleagues during a trade show and did consequentlly not utilize the facilities to the maximum we definitely appreciated our stay highly. The house was clean and is well equipped; everything was matching the description. We enjoyed great Service by the housekeeper Jean-Pierre who really made our stay a perfect one. He was very helpful showing and accomodating everything needed and in coping to our "special" requests (e.g. organizing a charging cable for our EV). Communication with the owner Olivier was easy-going, but commited on all admninistrative stuff. Bottomline a perfect stay, great thanks again to Olivier and JP :-) and we definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful Home in the Heart of Cannes

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cannes. The house was comfortable and very generous with space for a large group. The outdoor pool and courtyard was incredible. We spent many nights enjoying meals and wine on the terrace. The villa has gorgeous landscaping and is incredibly private, yet close to everything in town. It was a quick walk to the beach, train and Le Croisette. It was very hot while we were there and each bedroom has its own a/c. Olivier is an amazing host and took great care of us. I would definitely return to stay in this amazing villa.

Amazing villa close to the beach!

This house was perfect for two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The house has beautiful inside and outside options to lounge around and launch your adventure in Cannes (to be honest, the house is better than the photos). The villa is about a 10 minute (with kids) walk to a beautiful beach. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the start of the Cannes city center (old town). The only tiny issue with the location is it’s a 30 minute walk to groceries—though, we just used Uber Eats and it was fine. Pierre was super friendly and made check in easy. Would definitely stay here again if/when we return!

Our fabulous holiday

There is always a worry when you book a holiday site unseen. But in this case the villa was all we could have wished for. It was a family holiday for eight adults and 3 children and the 7 bedrooms gave us the space we needed. This location a few minutes walk to the beach also meant that there was another option, besides the pool, for swimming and gave the children a chance to build sandcastles etc.The villa was clean and well managed by Olivier with on site help from Jean Pierre. Thank you from all my family.

Wonderful Family Holiday

This is not the first time we have stayed in this Villa for good reason . It is excellent for a large family with a mix of adults and children. It has a locked gated pool, which was a must for our 3 children of 7and 3 year old twins. Also just a 10 minute walk to the beach gave another alternative. There is plenty of living space both outside and indoors with different areas to sit for those wishing to have a quiet moment. Parking is possible on the driveway which also has a locked gate. The villa was well maintained with frequent visits from Jean-Pierre to keep the pool area clean. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Short Stay in Cannes

Olivier's communication was great and JP who met us was charming and extremely helpful. Luckily we had a French speaker in our party so that helped although we did get by in broken French/English and sign language! The property was a good layout and size for our party of 5 couples and the location was good, about a mile walk into Cannes centre. We liked the secure gates and parking for 5 cars. My only gripe is that the pool was a little dirty around the water rim and there were a few cobwebs in the property and it is a little tired constructive feedback rather than criticism though. Overall we were all happy and comfortable at this large Villa

Beautiful property, perfect for a family holiday

Communication with Olivier was easy. He was so friendly and service-minded. The house itself was spacious and well equipped. The outdoor space was excellent with a clean pool and a charming area with grill, lounge and big table for breakfasts and dinners. Olivier’s assistant Jean Pierre was very helpful and provided superb service. I have never experienced similar anywhere else. He even drove us to the store and waited an hour while we got our groceries. Location was very good. 500m to the beach and the bus stop much closer. Never waited more than a minute for the bus. Very satisfied with this booking.

Fabulous

We stay for a month in Olivier's beautiful house with kids coming and going over that period. Everyone loved the layout, the communal spaces, the pool, the proximity to the beach and to central Cannes. We also took our dog and were delighted that the property is completely secure so were relaxed to leave him free. Despite having a car we used the train to visit new places (Monaco about 1.10 away) but some beautiful little towns within 10 minutes. the train station is 15 minute walk. Supermarkets were a 20 min walk away or 5 minute drive but a local garage (5 mins away) had essentials. John Pierre came every couple of days to clean the pool and weekly change beds (and occasionally deliver fresh croissants) which was lovely. A really classy area of Cannes, which felt very safe and beachy. Highly recommended for a family holiday.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé un week-end parfait, la villa est équipée, bien située, propre, bien agencée ! Les extérieurs sont également bien équipés, confortables, sans vis à vis, un très bel écrin de verdure, sans parler de la piscine que nous avons grandement apprécié (petits et grands). Nous n’avons absolument rien à redire, tous ont été enchantés, à refaire !

Wonderful villa and location

It is the second time we have stayed in the lovely home with the company. We like everything about it. The fantastic garden, the location near the sea and within walking distance of downtown Cannes. The rooms are nice and so is the livingroom. We have met the owner both times who has been extremely friendly. We will be back.

Large, well maintained and well located

Really good stay, Olivier’s place is huge with a great pool and loads of outdoor space. Really convenient for the beach and only a short walk to all necessary shopping and the centre of Cannes. Really easy and flexible check in and out, Jean-Pierre who manages the property locally was incredibly helpful for our friends who needed full PCR tests for return to the US and actually went with them to make sure it all happened as needed.
