It is a house located in a strategic position, very close to all the beaches of Ogliastra, which are about fifteen, in addition to those reachable by motorboat by sea, from the nearby port of S. Maria Navarrese and Arbatax. The house has a splendid and spacious covered veranda, which overlooks a nature free from other buildings, and guarantees a splendid stay. The parking is private and covered, the outdoor showers are glass cabins, private and well-kept, the BBQ is also large, in masonry, and the garden is always full of flowers and plants. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist besonders mit der großen Terrasse sehr wohnlich. Man kommt von dort schnell an sehr schöne Orte. Und auch Geschäfte sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben viele gute Tipps und allerlei leckere Dinge aus eigener Herstellung bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden uns noch einmal dafür entscheiden!

Innanzi tutto ringrazio di cuore la signora Tonina e marito per l’accoglienza! I pomodori e l’uva dell’orto e altre meraviglie naturali ci hanno deliziato. Super apprezzate le docce all’aperto, piacevole toccasana dopo la giornata al mare! Veranda accogliente e ventilata sia per Colazione che cena. CONSIGLIATO!

Fantastico soggiorno

Appartamento molto spazioso e veramente ben equipaggiato, dotato di tutti i confort. Un plus la doccia esterna con acqua calda, ideale per il dopo spiaggia. Gradevolissima la terrazza esterna. I proprietari sempre attenti e disponibili, ma al tempo stesso discreti e molto rispettosi della privacy dei loro ospiti. Un soggiorno memorabile, un luogo del cuore dove non vediamo l'ora di ritornare.

Fantastica

Sono mamma di tre bambini di cui due gemelli di 18mesi, la casa era perfetta, confortevole e molto pulita, i padroni di casa eccellenti, mio figlio grande ha avuto anche la possibilità di vedere gli animali e raccogliere i frutti della loro azienda agricola...un esperienza da ripetere, veramente entusiasta di tutto

Super schön! Tolle Vermieter.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter leben auch in dem Haus und waren komplett unaufdringlich aber immer präsent wenn man was brauchte. Nach kurzer Zeit fühlte man sich schon wie in einer Familie aufgenommen. Wurden regelmässig mit ihren Anbau und Eiern versorgt und hatten viel Spaß den riesigen Garten zu erforschen. Liegt etwas abseits aber das kann man nur als Vorteil werten. Auto zwingend nötig. Tolle Leute, Ferienwohnung hat Platz genug und die Terrasse ist super. Kommen gerne wieder und haben die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen!

Bel appartement

Belle propriété propre avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et très généreux avec leur potager. Belle grande terrasse bien aérée. Très agréable quand il fait chaud.

praktische Lage; Tolle Vermieter; fast Bauernhof, schön für Kinder

Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders groß, aber perfekt für 4 Personen, 5 geht auch gut. Sie ist im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und die Terrasse ist durch eine grüne Wand von der Nachbarferienwohnung getrennt. In der Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig, aber die Terrasse liegt leider in Richtung Straße, jedoch werden die Straßengeräusche von dem Garten gut gedämpft, so dass es eigentlich nicht stört. Der Straßenlärm hält sich sowieso in Grenzen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wenn etwas fehlt, wird einem durch die wirklich sehr freundliche Vermieterin sofort geholfen. Sie wohnt im gleichen Haus und hat uns bei mehreren Problemen direkt und unkompliziert geholfen, ist aber sonst nicht aufdringlich. Anders als in der Beschreibung gibt es keine Klimaanlage, da die Wohnung aber im Erdgeschoss liegt wird es sowieso nicht besonders warm und dank Mückengittern ist lüften absolut ausreichend. Das Haus steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit einem sehr großen Nutzgarten. Es gibt praktisch jedes Obst/Gemüse der Insel. Weinreben, Zitrone, Pfirsich, Pflaume, Feige, Tomate, Aubergine und vieles, vieles mehr, sowie an Tieren Hund, Katze, Schweine, Hühner. Wir wurden fast täglich an der Ernte beteiligt, was absolut fantastisch war. Außerdem hatten die Kinder immer was zu entdecken. Der nächste Supermarkt ist fast fußläufig erreichbar, wenn es einen Bürgersteig geben würde. Ansonsten ist im 800m entfernten Ort alles vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen der Schlachter, die Bäckerei, die Bar neben der Kirche, der nahegelegene Supermarkt und der nebenanliegende Obst/Gemüsestand, welcher von den umliegenden Landwirten versorgt wird. Wie fast überall in der Region ist es hilfreich etwas italienisch zu können, da so gut wie kein englisch gesprochen wird. Die verkehrsgünstige Lage hat auch den Vorteil, dass man in 2-15min praktisch jeden Tag einen anderen Strand besuchen kann. Alle unterschiedlich. Belebt mit Bar bis fast menschenleer, grober Sand bis feiner Pudersand, schnell abfallend oder in 50m noch stehtief, lang oder kleine Bucht. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

ottima posizione per visitare la zona

Siamo stati ospiti di Tonina e Mario a luglio, due persone gentilissime e attente a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Molto apprezzata la frutta e verdura del loro orto, nonché il loro ottimo vino. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve in particolare abbiamo goduto della veranda esterna e delle fantastiche tre docce esterne che al rientro dal mare erano proprio quello che ci voleva. Il territorio intorno a Santa Maria Navarrese è qualcosa di eccezionale. Noi in 11 giorni abbiamo sempre provato una spiaggia nuova e al massimo ci siamo spostati in auto per massimo 30 minuti. Da non perdere assolutamente la camminata per cala Goloritzè e un giro in gommone per la costa (consiglio di affidarsi a Nautica, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo). Vacanza veramente speciale. Consigliatissima.

Soddisfatto

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la proprietaria di casa (che abita sopra l'appartamento) e' accogliente e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Gli unici problemi riscontrati sono stati nelle foto dell'appartamento... sul sito sono state caricate foto che non rispecchiano la realta' (probabilmente di altri appartamenti), come ad esempio il bagno; dalle foto caricate si vede un bagno con finestra, ma nella realta' non c'e'. Altra pecca il Barbecue... un camino enorme con 2 griglie arrugginite (ne abbiamo dovuto prendere uno noi, che alla fine abbiamo lasciato in loco). Altra cosa assurda e' capitata in fase di prenotazione dell'immobile, che viene gestita (per non si sa quale motivo) da una terza persona la quale, dovendo gestire altri appartamenti, fatica a ricordare gli accordi presi telefonicamente creando una grandissima confusione. Consiglio al momento del contatto, di farsi dare direttamente il numero della proprietaria di casa che, come gia'detto, sapra' trovare una soluzione ad ogni vostra richiesta e vi accogliera' a braccia aperte come ha fatto con noi!
