Large family chalet located at the foot of the slopes, accommodating 8 to 10 people.

The chalet is nestled in a sumptuous decor, and enjoys an exceptional view of the Mont Blanc range. Facing south, its large terrace will allow you to take your meals enjoying the panorama or just enjoy the sun; Built in 2010. This mountain style chalet has all the modern conveniences and facilities for a dream holiday.
The center of the village, as well as restaurants, ski school, supermarket are 1km. The chalet is ideally located overlooking quiet.
You can access the slopes directly from the chalet and the packages are refillable from the station's application. For those who love skiing, the Portes du Soleil ski area and Samoens 1600 are a 10-minute drive away.
The resort of Praz offers a multitude of activity in all seasons, cross-country skiing and track (in winter), hiking in the Sixt Fer à Cheval Park, visit the Devil's Bridge Gorge, mountain biking, climbing, walks on Lake Geneva and Annecy and even golf at Les Gets

• On the first level: 1 large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed with view of the Mont Blanc chain, another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Large terrace of 2. 40 m wide, South facing.
• On the second level: 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with double bed and view of Mont Blanc, small balcony. Bathroom with toilet. Another attic room with two beds, ideal for children.
From the path of Brésy, entrance to 35 meters on foot on about 7 meters of elevation. Difficult access in case of snowstorm.

Très agréable séjour dans un beau chalet. La vue sur le mont blanc est incroyable….les tintements des cloches des vaches et les chants des criquets en supplément! Jean Pierre est très sympathique, réactif et à l’écoute. Merci encore pour ses conseils et sa réactivité.

Nous étions deux couples avec 4 enfants entre 5 et 10ans. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le chalet est spacieux et bien équipé. Le balcon et la vue sur le Mont Blanc sont fabuleux.

Ruim en comfortabel chalet met prachtig uitzicht

De woning is ruim genoeg voor 10 personen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht op de omringende bergen waaronder de Mont Blanc is schitterend en het huis ligt op loopafstand van de skipistes. Het skigebied van Praz de Lys is heel geschikt voor beginners, maar biedt ook voldoende mogelijkheden voor gevorderde skiërs.

Super semaine !

Chalet bien situé sur les hauteurs de Praz de Lys avec accès ski aux pieds, en pleine nature et vue imprenable sur la mont blanc, au calme. Bon agencement, la cheminée est un vrai plus avec espace convivial salon cuisine. Nous avons eu une panne de micro ondes et le changement s'est fait dans les 2 heures donc excellente réactivité. Le seul bémol, il n'y a pas de wifi et le réseau n'est pas top. Hormis cela, je recommande !

Fantastique!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique chalet idéalement situé, à la déco et au confort parfaits. Enfants, parents et grands-parents ont pu profiter d'une semaine merveilleuse de ski, où la neige et le soleil s'étaient donné rendez-vous. Les moments de détente sur la belle terrasse ensoleillée, les repas autour de la grande table et les soirées près de la cheminée ne nous laissent que de bons souvenirs. M. Bothier, le propriétaire, est absolument charmant et fait tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous n'avons qu'une envie: revenir! Familles Croset-Le Meulais

L'hivers magique à la montagne

3 séjours de 15 j chaque, en 2012, 2013 et 2014. Vue absolument magnifique, confort et tranquillité, pratiquement au bord des pistes, proximité à pieds des commerces, c'est presque le paradis dans une très belle petite station sur un plateau à 1500m d'altitude. Ce paradis se mérite par un accès de 40m dans une butte enneigée, sans problème par temps froid et sec, un peu plus sportif par temps de neige ....mais c'est le prix à payer pour de grands moments de bonheur devant la cheminée et la chaîne du Mont Blanc. Merci à Philippe pour l'accueil et les conseils, comme tu le sais nous "quitterons" ce lieu en 2015 pour découvrir une autre station, sachant pertinemment qu'il sera difficile de trouver l'équivalent. cordialement Nicki
