Picturesque street house in central Malmö

In central Malmö in a charming street house we have rooms for rent for short periods. The room is fully furnished with two beds and with attached bathroom and kitchen. Please note that the price is for a room with 2 beds. The room can be equipped with an extra bed at an extra cost. The farmhouse / street house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can enjoy bird song for your morning coffee. Access to WiFi, laundry and proximity to everything you could need such as lovely Möllan's marketplace for fruits and vegetables, a number of grocery stores and restaurants as well as bus and train.
Walking distance from both the Triangle and Södervärn bus station.

Home Away from Home In Malmo
We spent 10 days at this delightful property enjoying a Swedish winter in the leadup to Christmas. Kicki was a warm and welcoming host and everything was as described. The location is peaceful and close to excellent public transport.

Bezauberndes Ambiente mitten in der Stadt
Wir waren begeistert von den liebevoll gepflegten alten Häusern, die alles haben, was man braucht. Die kleine Anlage mit Haupthaus, Nebenhaus und innen gelegenem Garten, alten Apfelbäumen mitten in der Stadt ist ein guter Platz für einen Stadtaufenthalt. Zur Innenstadt konnten wir zu Fuß gehen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Gastgeberinnen sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist rustikal und gemütlich eingerichtet. Parken ist vor dem Gebäude nicht möglich, nur zum ein und ausladen. Ein großer Parkplatz ist in der neben Strasse. Muss mit einer App bezahlt werden.

Charming, cosy and traditional house
We absolutely loved this holiday home, it was just right for me and my mum to stay comfortably for our short visit to Malmo, but would have been great for a longer stay also. The house was traditionally decorated with quirky details, very clean and well equipped. The house was located a 15/20 minute walk from Triangeln station and was very close to the bus station and other local ameneties. It really did make our holiday extra special.

Oase im Grünen
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser gemütlichen und ruhigen Unterkunft, abseits vom Tourismus, aber trotzdem in der Stadt. Stilvoll eingerichtet und man kann draußen im Garten sitzen. Das WLAN funktioniert hervorragend und mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Stadt am besten erkunden. Mit dem Auto parken ist teuer. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Great location for visit to Malmo and Skane.
Kicki’s lovely, hidden rental is a gem! It was clean and cozy, and the location was great. Close to the Triangeln Station and bus lines so easy travel to Malmo Central Station, Malmo Airport, and Copenhagen Airport. There were bikes to borrow for a quick and fun ride to Old Malmo, and a grocery store within a short walk. The kitchen had everything you needed for light meals. We would stay again and will highly recommend Kicki’s Cottages to others.

Pittoreskt, mysigt och nära till det mesta i Malmö.
Som rubriken. Små detaljer skulle dock göra skillnad; som en fungerande gummiskrapa för att hålla detta väldigt lilla badrumsgolvet torrt. Kanske en liten tv om man skulle ha väldigt otur med väder. Vi hade otur med myror som kröp upp på bänkar i köket så vi fick kasseras kaffebröd och bakverk. Men detta skall värden nu ha åtgärdat enl uppgift. Är man ej ute efter lyx men vill bo centralt rekommenderar vi detta boende.

A cosy and quiet place in malmö
We enjoyed to stay at the accomodation. We slept very good and it was a perfect place to start activities with the bicycle into the center. In the afternoon is the garden a Good Place to recreate. Every... time again.

Gemütlich! Hinter der Eingangstür geht es in ein Kleinod, das man in dieser Lage gar nicht vermutet. Alles vorhanden, sehr urige Einrichtung. Die Hosts sind hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Nice place with swedish flair
The little apartment lies in the backyard of a side street near central Malmö. The interior is a lovingly mixture of vintage and modern and gives the place a mysigt Swedish flair. In the small kitchen you find everything you need for self-catering. Our host Kicki was very responsive and helpful with our questions. For us it was the perfect home away from home. We enjoyed relaxing there in between exploring Malmö. The apartment is within a walking of a nearby crossing where several bus lines are running downtown. Same with Möllevångstorget, the centre of the lively neighborhood, where you find restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Even walking downtown is okay within a 20-minute distance. And Malmö, well we fell in love with this relaxed and cozy Swedish town and surly will come back.

Idyllisches, kleines Ferienhäuschen mitten in Malmö
Reizendes kleines Ferienhäuschen sehr idyllisch in einem Hinterhof mit altem Baumbestand gelegen. Busbahnhof in ca. 10-Fußminuten Entfernung. Für zwei Personen ideal. Ausstattung der Küche absolut ausreichend für Selbstverpflegung. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin, die gut zu erreichen ist, wenn man Fragen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Charmigt boende centralt i Malmö.
Härlig innergård att sitta och lyssna till fågelsång under fruktträden. Att komma hit var som att vrida tillbaka klockan 40 år. Boendet var mycket charmigt i gammal stil. Bekväma sängar och fungerande kök. Värdinnan var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam på alla sätt. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Gemütliches Haus unweit der Innenstadt
Das Objekt findet sind im Hinterhof, daher ist die Lage sehr ruhig trotz der Stadtlage. Der Stil des Hauses ist romantisch und bäuerlich. Trotz der antiken Einrichtung sind die Matratze in den Betten neu und die Bäder modern. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine Waschmaschine und Parkplatz steht nach Absprache mit der Vermieterin zur Verfügung. Das Objekt ist perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern, durch die Hinterhoflage können die Kinder spielen ohne auf die Straße laufen zu können. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich. Nach ca 10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den Folketspark (ein wunderschöner Park mit vielen Spielplätzen und Attraktionen). Auch ein Lidl und viele Restaurants sind in Laufweite.
