DESCRIPTION: Ca'n Peroti is a country house that has its origins over 200 years ago. It is situated on almost 2 km from Manacor, the second largest town on the island. The villa can accommodate 8 people and is situated on a plot of 1,500 m2 and 250 m2 of living area spread over 2 levels. In the ground floor is the living-dining room with dining table for 8 persons, free wifi gratis, living room with sofas, fireplace and satellite television and a sitting area with rocking chairs. The dining kitchen has a large refrigerator, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and the usual small appliances. All 4 bedrooms have airconfitioning. One of the 4 bedrooms is also on the ground floor, as well as one of the two bathrooms. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and again a bathroom. Outside there is close to the pool of 8x4m a toilet. There is garden furniture in the open interior space and under the covered terrace by the pool. There is also a barbecue.

This might be not the quickest way to get to the house, but it is the easiest

1. Son Sant Joan Airport near Palma
From Son Sant Joan airport, take the Ma-19 motorway towards PALMA.

2. Around Palma
Take the second exit (Es Coll d'en Rebassa) on the motorway, at the roundabout turn left (3rd exit). You are now about 1.7km, straight ahead, past a gas storage and come back at a roundabout. Turn right (1st exit) towards MANACOR. You are now on the Ma-15. Follow this road about 43km, always towards MANACOR

3. By Manacor
At the first roundabout in Manacor, go straight on (2nd exit). At the next roundabout, go straight again. At the third roundabout go straight, direction Felanitx (1st exit). The next 2 roundabouts are also straight back. Between these two roundabouts there is an underpass.

4. To the house
After 200m go a path to the right (on the corner is a bar). Drive in and keep right after about 100m

5. Altmost there…
Follow this road for 2.1km (Cami de ses Pedreres). You reach the only big current mast on this way, right thereafter it goes to the right (through an open gate) on an unpaved road. After 400m, at the end of this path, is her house
