This is a lovely, comfortable corner apartment in a small development close to the 27 hole La Sella golf course.
Fully fitted kitchen. There is Air conditioning in the lounge, mozzie nets at every window - with Wifi. The Balcony has table and chairs for 4. There is off road parking for 1 cars and parking there is never an issue.
The La Sella golf course is set amongst fragrant fruit groves and stunning scenery. The resort has an 27 hole Golf course, tennis club, equestrian facilities, restaurant, bar and shops as well as a Spa at the nearby 5* hotel.
A 10 minute drive to Javea and Denia beaches, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops., a great apartment for golfers and families who love a tranquil beautiful setting with all the comfort of at least 5 community pools in the district. Many walks and paths to explore. Close to 2 villages at 5 km and the commercial centre at 10 min drive. 10-15 min drive to beaches of Javea and Denia. Enjoy the Sunday Market of Jesus Pobre, The all trades shops of La Xara, and a flexible menu at the restaurant of the reception by the tenis courts. Treat yourself with the morning croissants of the mini market.
The apartment has basic traditional Spanish and international internet connected channels ,
There is an obligatory cleaning fee of 85 euros per stay. Linen and towels are included in the price. Whenever more are required , just ask.
We want all our guest to feel pampered, whatever the size of the accommodation they choose.
We also ask for a refundable breakage deposit of 200 euros.
