I had a really nice stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a nicely appointed kitchen. The beach was a very short walk and there were ocean views from both porches. The state park just down the road is great too. There was a minor plumbing issue but the owner was very quick to respond. I would be happy to stay here again.
Lovely location with nice walk to the bay. It was hard to get manager to respond to my questions. Lots of bugs at first, but they must have just sprayed it because bug problem went away.
We had a Great Tim in FL. The house was great! We had everything we needed and wanted, and more! The kitchen was stocked with dishes and kitchen gadgets, the laundry room ad washing soap and what ever else you need. The beds were super comfy. We loved this property! Thank you
We loved absolutely everything about our stay!!! Such a great place and location. Will be staying at this location from now on!!! Loved walking on the beach and to the store! Cannot wait to come back next year!!!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location and we love it! Perfect location- steps away from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the bed is comfortable in the master. We hope to come back.
We had a great time. Although the property is not “on the beach”, it really was. A very short walk of just over 100 yards and you’re on a beautiful beach. When a lot of people think of Gulf beaches, they think of Panama City Beach. This was Panama City beaches with none of the Panama City downside. Almost everyone we saw on the beach and in the community were families. No loud music and partying.
Port St. Joe is about a 20-minute drive away and is the quintessential “sleepy beach town”. We picked up some essentials from a local grocery store and never left again, except to a local sea food restaurant.
Would definitely recommend, and we’re planning on visiting Cape San Blas again.
Enjoyed the short week. Close to the beach. Plenty of room. Had some bad weather mid week that allowed some rain in the unit around a door. Contacted the property manager and they scheduled a repair. Would book again.
The property was as described. Other than the bathroom light bulb out, the back door lock was broken, spotty wi-fi, no batteries in any of the remotes, and the lack of beach chairs, (all minor things), the place was just what we wanted. The area is lacking in close restaurants or shopping, but that is exactly what we prefer. The check-in process was easy, and the beach is very close. Sunning on the lovely upstairs deck was especially nice on windy days.
We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Breeze! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the beach access was suitable for older parents!
Everything was great with our stay. We enjoyed the goodie bag. The only issue we had was with the outlets in the upstairs bathrooms. They had no power and I could not find any ground faults that were tripped. Thank you
We are an ever-expanding family. We now have grandchildren who also love the beach!
Why they chose this property
At Cape San Blas you can walk to the bay side of the peninsula where the scalloping is famous nationwide and walk down to the Gulf side and see a wide expanse of ocean and watch unbelievable sunsets. What we love about our property is access - the Gulf primarily, but to the bayside and to the bike/walking trail. Everything is so accessible.
What makes this property unique
We love coming to the condo on the beach. First of all, we have so many wonderful and funny memories. Secondly, there is nothing more soothing than hearing the ocean waves and feeling the breeze. It lulls us right to sleep! We love to cook and the kitchen is set up for creative cooking and has every accessory you could need. We hope you love coming to the beach as much as we do.
