Ideally located near sandy beaches, wild coves and hiking trails in the maquis, this charming villa is in a unique location.

The villa is on the Capo di Muro peninsula, a site protected by the Corsican Coast Conservatory. 50 minutes from the airport south of Ajaccio.

You reach the sea either on foot in 15 minutes by a track (dirt road) or by car (5 minutes) to reach the beautiful beach of Cala d'Orzu.

Other beaches with diving club, sailing and nautical activities: 15 minutes Portigliolo, 20 minutes the superb beach of Verghia and 25 minutes to the south, the large fine sandy beach of Cupabia.

300 meters from the house: departure from the Genoese tower of Capo di Muro path to tour the peninsula through the maquis and enjoy good swimming in small coves.

Sejour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour a capu di muro. La villa avec sa vue exceptionnelle est parfaite. Tout y est pour passer un tres bon séjour, jeux de plages, jeux de sociétés si mauvais temps et tout le nécessaire comme a la maison. Le + avec l acces à la plage a pieds juste a côté. Merci pour cette parenthèse.

Grandioser Ort um abzuschalten

Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus nahe am Meer. Ideal für Ferien mit Familie etwas abseits vom Rummel mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und kurze Wanderungen in abgelegene Buchten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Vue exceptionnelle

Très belle terrasse avec une vue incroyable à tout moment en journée et en soirée. Rien ne manque pour cuisiner. Belle plage à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Séjour formidable

Vue splendide et quelle sensation de la contempler dès son réveil. Maison très agréable, nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous immédiatement. Tout y est bien pensé et rien ne manque. Nous la conseillons vivement. Un grand merci à Anne et Jean-Marie.

Oase der Ruhe

Wir haben gefunden was wir gesucht haben. Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt sehr schön gelegen. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen phantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Der Garten duftet nach Jasmin und vielen Kräutern. Alles was man zum Kochen braucht ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin vor der Reise und während des Aufenthalts war sehr freundlich und informativ. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein tolles Haus mit fantastischen Ausblick und sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt um die Seele baumeln ...

Für unsere Wünsche und Zwecke war dieses Objekt optimal, sehr hübsch eingerichtet, alles war vorhanden, sehr sauber. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. In 20 Minuten wenn man an einem wunderschönen Strand aber am aller schönsten war der Ausblick von der Terrasse!

Der ideale Ort zur Erholung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: das Haus, die Landschaft, das Meer, die Weite und die Ruhe. Wir haben den für uns idealen Ort auf Korsika gefunden. Heerlijk huis op een prachtige locatie

Het huis is gezellig en schoon. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien: een goede keuken, schone badkamer en een goed bed . Het heeft ook een heerlijke buitendouche. Het uitzicht is fantastisch, er is een mooie tuin en we hebben er een schildpad en wilde zwijnen gezien. Het contact met de eigenaresse was heel goed. Ze reageerde snel en was zeer behulpzaam. In de buurt is een leuk strand en Propriano en Porto Pollo zijn leuke plaatsen in de buurt. Ook Ajaccio is niet ver weg. Je kan een mooie heel wandeling maken naar Capu di Muro.

SUPERBER MAISON DE VACANCES AVEC VUE SPLENDIDE

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans votre jolie maison à la splendide vue! La douche extérieure a été un régal de bonheur, la maison très joliement décorée nous a paru à nôtre gout, les jeux, glacières, livres... à disposition très appréciés!Nous avons également fait la connaissance d'une tortue dans le jardin présente toute la semaine ! notre petite fille a été ravie! 😊 En connaisseur de la corse nous ne pouvons que recommender cette maison qui est parfaitement équipée, on sent la VRAI maison de vacances ! Famille ESCARMENT

Wunderschöne Lage an einem Traumstrand

Tolle Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf die Bucht von Cala D'Orzu. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders gut hat uns die Außendusche mit Blick aufs Meer gefallen :) Die Lage ist traumhaft und der Strand ist einer der schönsten die wir in Korsika gesehen haben und es war immerhin unser 9. Aufenthalt auf Korsika. Rund ums Haus nur Maccia und Natur. Die Wanderung zum Capo de Muro ist sehr empfehlenswert, vom Genuesenturm hat man eine traumhafte Sicht über den Golf von Valinco. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett und sie haben und gute Tipps gegeben. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir freuen uns schon auf Korsika zum 10. Mal :)

wundervoller Ausblick

Das Haus liegt relativ abgelegen auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die sehr schöne Bucht Cala d’Orzu. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto bzw. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen (sämtliche Elektrogeräte und Küchenutensilien vorhanden). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, der nächste Laden ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, die größeren Strände und die nächste Tankstelle ist ca. 25-30 Minuten entfernt. Für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende genau richtig.

Traumurlaub in der Natur

Es war alles wie beschrieben, natürlich mitten in der Natur. Hierdurch war die Versorgung etwas komplizierter, aber nicht problematisch. Besonders erwähnen sollte man die Aussendusche im Garten und das zusätzlich eingebaute Fenster, welches wie ein Naturbild wirkte. Die Terasse und der Ausblick sind auch beeindruckend. Es fanden sich Schildkröten im Garten, Wildschweine in der angrenzenden Macchia und jede Menge Vögel. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, das wir sehr gerne wiederkommen wollen.

Very nice house with wunderful bay

We (family with kids 10/8) enjoyed our vacation and the stay at the villa very much. The little bay was great for snorkling, there was a lot to see and discover. The kids loved that the turtles visited us in the garden and we loved the scent from the wild Macchia on the other side of the fence. The Capu di Muro hiking tour is great. Contact to the landlady was very friendly and uncomplicated. Lots of helpful advices and documentation.

La vue, l'environnement, le calme !

Que du bon pour cette semaine hors saison ! La vue est magnifique. La terrasse est très agréable et permet de profiter des odeurs du maquis et du soleil (du lever au coucher !) en admirant la mer. La plage et les ballades sont à proximité, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. L'environnement est calme et peu fréquenté. Nous avions fait la plupart des courses en venant donc pas eu besoin de se déplacer non plus pour ça. Parfait pour se ressourcer avec un bon niveau de confort ! Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Excellent séjour à Capo di Muro

Bonjour Anne, Nous sommes bien arrivés chez nous après un séjour SUPER dans votre maison charmante, douillete et belle ! De nouveau nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Capo di Muro et nous vous en remercions. Comme nous sommes des « habitués », c'etait un peu comme rentrer à la maison ! Nous avons apprécié cette fois également le style individuel de la maison, qui vraiment offre un charme particulier. Et le résultat des travaux sur la maison nous a beaucoup plu ! Aussi la remise simple des clés à la fin du séjour, comme nous en avons parlé avec Josette, a été très agréable. Donc, il n'y avait rien de mal et nous aimerions revenir à Capo di Muro ! Wunderbar relaxendes Urlaubsdomizil

Das landschaftlich sehr reizvoll gelegene Haus ist einfach, aber praktisch und für Urlaubszwecke angenehm gemütlich eingerichtet. Dasselbe gilt für die Ausstattung; nichts wirklich Wesentliches hat gefehlt. Besonders haben wir die gut geschnittene, überdachte Terrasse mit dem phantastischen Ausblick auf die Cala d´ Orzu geschätzt. Die Beschreibungen im Expose´ und in früheren Bewertungen fanden wir bestätigt. Die Anbahnung und Abwicklung unseres Aufenthalts mit Anne war angenehm und unkompliziert. Für Ruhesuchende oder eine kleine Familie uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Erholung pur

Wir haben uns in diesem sehr gut eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand unterhalb dem Haus ist einfach traumhaft. Klares Wasser, sauberer Strand, wenige Leute und drei Paillotes die einem verwöhnen. Wie bereits von anderen erwähnt ist das Haus vor allem für Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung geeignet. Alles andere braucht zu viel Zeit (sehr enge, sehr kurvige Strassen). Über den Besuch der Schildkröte im Garten und die Wildschweine auf der anderen Seite des Gartenzauns haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Natur pur. Wir haben noch nie so gute Moules wie in Xaviers Bar in Acqua Doria gegessen und können diese wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

wo Korsika am schönsten ist

wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem sehr schön gelegenen, neuwertigen und angenehm sauberen Ferienhaus mit Traumblick, die Beschreibung und Bilder vermitteln einen angemessenen Eindruck. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es fehlt an nichts, für uns sehr hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Zum in der Nebensaison sehr überschaubar besuchten und schwer idyllischen Strand sind es zu Fuß 20 Minuten. Da sich das Ferienhaus in wildromantischster Lage weit abseits von den üblichen Touristenzentren befindet, sollte man es ruhig mögen und keine "Animation" suchen. Für Touren in die Berge sollte man viel Zeit einplanen, folglich eignet sich das Haus vor allem für Aktivitäten in der Nähe , neben baden kleine Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren, die hier (wie auch sonst oft in Korsika) wegen der Höhenunterschiede Kondition erfordern. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Anne und Jean Marie für den wunderbar entspannten Kontakt und die hilfreiche Betreuung.
