Guest Access:
✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire condo.
✹ PARKING: The Village at Breckenridge has a heated garage which is available to guests. The Homeowners Association charges $30/night for parking. There are more units than parking permits available, and we will attempt to accommodate all requests for parking permits. We will promptly notify you if a parking permit is not available for your stay.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the unit.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, board games, and more.
✹ SKI SCHOOL: Guests can access the Peak 9 ski school without stepping foot outside via the underground garage.
If you need anything before, during, or after your stay, we are available any time!
We respect the community in which the Property is located and request that our guests do so as well. If for any reason it is deemed that a guest is not a good fit for the property after booking, we will notify the guest as soon as possible after such determination and provide the guest a full refund.
While all amenities and pictures of the property are listed in good faith to provide our guests with an accurate idea of what our property offers, we cannot guarantee that the condition of the property will be exactly as shown or that all of the advertised amenities will be available during your stay due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, damage, seasonal closings, events and/or permanent closure.
Instant bookings within 48 hours of check in will be subject to our cleaner's availability to have the unit ready and reservations will not be deemed confirmed until our cleaner is able to confirm their availability to prepare the unit.
