This GORGEOUS 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxurious Tuscan villa has everything you need to make you feel like you have arrived in paradise.

First level has 1 king bedroom with LCD TV/DVD, 1 full bath& laundry room.

Second level has 1\2 bath, kitchen with top end appliances, Bosch, sub-zero. Dining room & great room with 52' HD Plasma TV\ DVD surround sound. Queen sleeper sofa in living area. Balcony with gas grill & patio furnishings overlooking gorgeous fountain & pool area.

Third level has queen bedroom with LCD TV/DVD, full bath & king bedroom with LCD TV\DVD, full bath with balcony with patio furnishings overlooking pool area. The home also has 2 twin rollaway beds.

Located on Scenic 98 across the street from beach in luxurious St Tropez community. There is a private deeded access to beach. We are walking distance from the popular Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Amenities included with your stay include:

Perfect family getaway
This house was perfect for our family, which included 5 adults and 3 children. We had ample space and the house was furnished with everything we needed. Great location and close walk to the beach, and when we got really lazy we could drive our beach gear across the street to unload by the walkway to the beach. Will definitely stay in this area again!

The house was spacious & was in a great location. We had to travel with 2 small dogs & not very many places were pet friendly. My family cooks a lot & kitchen supplies were somewhat limited. Floors can use a good mopping & some areas needs to be dusted. We were comfortable with out stay.

Beautiful property right near the beach. Listing showed two king beds on the property but there was only one king bed. Floors (especially stairs) weren’t clean upon our arrival. Our feet were black within an hour of arriving. Otherwise it was a beautiful home with an elegant pool!

House was very clean loved the beach toys in garage. Had an issue with the grill and it was taken care of immediately. Short walk to beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Run Down
We stayed with my in-laws (in their 70s) and my two boys (5 and 3). The house is close to the beach and conveniently located. The garage was stocked with beach equipment. The neighborhood is very pretty although showing some wear and tear. The house itself needed a deep clean. My boys feet were often black just walking around the house. As no-shoe people this really grossed me out. Also I was going to use the jetted tub but you could see the jets were very dirty inside so I didn't. The linens were a bit cheap and rough as well. Considering the style of home you would expect higher standards. The kitchen is moderately stocked. The gate to the community was never closed. I think it was broken so to say this is a gated community was really not true. One night there was a guy sleeping in his truck outside the house. The pool was very cold (not heated) and you could hear all the kids who seemed to only enjoy it after dark very clearly in our bedroom at night. The location to the beach access is probably the best feature of the home.

House was very nice, would have been excellent if you wanted to go out to eat every night. If you like to cook, it was very slim pickings! Hardly any cooking dishes/pots/pans. And the few they had were in very bad shape. Also, for a house that sleeps 10, there weren’t many towels and wash rags. The owners requested using the black wash cloths for face washing, and I understand the reasoning, but there were only three, which made it very difficult for several females to wash their faces. Buy a few more pots and pans and towels and you will have a five star!!

Can't Wait To Go Back
The house was beautiful and spacious. The house was located in a gated community and was very quiet. We went into the hot tub which was very nice, but he pool was cold and not heated. The pool area was very nice and relaxing and the ground were beautiful. The only issue we found in the house was the jets in the master bedroom tub did not work. Other than that, we were very happy and would stay again. The property manager was very helpful and got back to us very quickly.

We arrived after 1pm expecting to find the property clean and ready for our stay. When we turned down the master bed there was hair all over the bed. Obviously, the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. We drove to the closest open wal mart and purchased sheets and a blanket because the comforter was also dirty. When we woke up the following morning and pulled out towels to dry off with after a shower, the towels were still damp. We have enjoyed staying at vrbo properties for the past 10 years. This experience was irritating due to the lack of emphasis put on a simple task of changing the bed linens and knowingly folding and placing wet towels under the cabinets for guests to use. The property was very nice with the exception of the above acute issues. The property manager did bring new linens and towels out the next morning when we called them.
