T2 of 30m² on the ground floor with mezzanine in a closed tree-planted residence with 2 gates with electric opening, shared swimming pool, large terrace of 27m², private parking space, 15 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from shops. Spacious T2 allowing to sleep up to 6 people:

In the living room you will find TV / TNT, 1 DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with 1 dishwasher, 2 fridges, one with freezer, 1 traditional oven, 1 microwave, 1 toaster ... In the bathroom there is 1 washing machine.
On the tree-lined terrace, 2 sunbathings await you to bask in the sun or under a wide blind over 5m! A table and chairs will allow you to enjoy outdoor meals from breakfast to dinner.
Outside the residence you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the region (Le Lavandou holds the blue flag, a guarantee of quality!) like the beach of St-Clair, Cavalière, Anglade ...: in all 12 km of beach for the pleasure of swimming, lazing around, nautical sports. Every Friday the town organizes fireworks for summer visitors. In the evening, the streets are animated with concerts, the night market ...
You can walk, on foot or by bike to the coastal path for example. If you prefer sea trips, a rental service offers motor or sailing boats.
For the attractiveness of Lavandou you will also find an exotic mini golf, golf, an open-air cinema-theater ... and in the evening after a busy day you can dine in one of the many restaurants near the port or else sip a cocktail in one of the many cocktail bars.
Le Lavandou is particularly well located geographically. The motorway, rail and air routes (A8, TGV, airport) can bring you 25 km from our rental, which is a good distance so as not to be too disturbed by noise, olfactory or other nuisances also.
The department also has many parks for young people: animal parks such as the Zoological Garden of La Londe les Maures (10 km), amusement parks such as the Magic World of Hyères les Palmiers (25 km) or water parks such as Aqualand 3 in number just in the Var.
