Studio in Calvì, 150 meters from the sea

Lovely studio apartment in a private residence with parking, nestled in the pine forest of Calvì. In just 3 minutes walk, through the fresh pine forest, you reach the white sandy bay of the bay. The center of the citadel, with its historical center, its restaurants and its bars, is about 2 km and a half, but you can reach in about thirty minutes along the pedestrian walkway that crosses the entire beach of the bay. You can reach the other beautiful beaches of the Balagne region also with the little train that, always next to the coast, can take you to the beautiful town of Ile Rousse.

The accommodation, just renovated and modernized, has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bidet, entrance with bunk bed. Equipped with all the comforts. Private parking space.

Pas mal du tout !

La propriétaire et la dame faisant la liaison sur place sont top ! Appartemment tout équipé, proche de la mer et des restaurants ! Petit point négatif: isolation sonore pas top, canapé/lit un peu bruyant et pas de volets juste des rideaux.
