About this property

The Suzanna villa facing the golf Laconia welcome you to the heart of a typical vegetation of Greece. Pines, olive trees, bougainvillea, jasmine, oleander and red wear his garden over 5,000 m². From the large terrace with a glass of Ouzo, Rezina or Nemea red hand, fragrances, light and colors of the Greek natural delight you. In the morning a gentle heat will accompany your breakfast in the humble pergola covered with vines. You will delight delicious thyme honey (mish timarisio) from the Taygetos tender pastélis (honey cakes and sesame) of patissier Manolakoses or simply those pretty purple figs randomly picked one of your walks.

The house built by my family in 1978 was renovated in 2014.
The white marble floors in all rooms will bring a little freshness in summer.

At home you will find neither air conditioning nor television! On the other hand your mobile phones will work perfectly in the house and everywhere in the garden.

Our house has a bedroom with a double bed 160 cm and a large wardrobe.
A large bright room includes kitchen dining area and living room. This last part is equipped with a sofa three places transforming into bed for two people.
At your disposal also, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. You will find an outdoor shower built in nature and very convenient when you come back from the beach.
For the mid-season, the house is equipped with two electric heaters in the main room a towel radiator in the bathroom.
All bay windows are equipped with removable mosquito nets to enjoy the cool night at the shelter of mosquitoes.

On your request we can put at your disposal
-A bed on wheels of 135x185.
-A child mattress 110x65.
- A folding bed for very young children.

At your disposal many board games, chess games, card games, UNO, dice a Telescope!

PORT OF GYTHIO LOCATED NEAR THE MAGNE IS 45 MINUTES FROM MISTRA AND 1 H 10 FROM MONEMVASIA

Located below, Mavrovouni beach is known for its caretta-caretta turtles that come to lay each year in July.
To get to this beautiful beach (blue flag) you will only need 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot!
You will find restaurants and small shops 5 minutes walk in the village of Mavrovouni, a wider choice is offered in the port of Gythio (5 minutes by car).

At the port of Gythion you can take the boat to visit nearby Kythera.

Mavrovouni

Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön, fast rundherum hat man Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach, aber ausreichend. Leider gab es keinen Backofen und nur eine Sonnenliege. Wir hätten gerne mal zu zweit in der Sonne oder Schatten gelegen. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat war der direkt gegenüberliegende Basketball-Platz. Leider wurde dort täglich, meist ab nachmittags, gespielt und das Geräusch des ständig auf den Beton aufprallenden Balls begleitete unseren Abend.

La maison de Jean est un lieu magnifique, avec un immense jardin, une vue sur la mer et surtout une maison baignée de lumière et très confortable et très bien équipée. A recommander sans hésitation.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen

In der Villa Suzanna konnten wir unseren stressigen Alltag hinter uns lassen. Im Garten und rund ums Haus gibt es mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten, wo man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Die Villa bietet alles, was man braucht. Jean beantwortete unsere Vorab-Fragen sehr schnell. Zum Bäcker geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Ein Minimarkt und drei Tavernen erreicht man zu Fuß in fünf Minuten. Der Strand ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Dort gibt es auch Tavernen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke Jean.

Heerlijk huis op prachtige plek!

Topvakantiewoning! Heel erg fijn huis, en heerlijk licht (overal ramen en openslaande deuren), zodat je als het weer wat minder is toch nog kunt genieten van het prachtige uitzicht aan 3 kanten (i.p.v. in zo'n donker en kil Grieks huis met kleine ramen). Overal horren voor ramen en deuren, en luiken als je de zon wilt buitenhouden. Prima ingerichte keuken. Wel 7 plekken met zitjes buiten, waardoor je altijd (prive) in zon, schaduw of wind kunt zitten (of juist niet). Locatie is super. We zijn al in onderhandeling om het te kopen! (Hm, wishful thinking... ;-))

Sehr schönes Haus mit Meerblick

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Haus von Jean verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Ganz besonders haben wir den großen Garten mit den vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten genossen.Die Lage ist sehr ideal, weil man ohne Auto in den Ort zum Einkaufen oder Abendessen gehen kann. Ebenso kommt man über einen kurzen Fußweg schnell zum wunderbaren, sehr langen Strand von Mavrovouni. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Quand simplicité rime avec félicité

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Jean qui fut un hôte à l’écoute et très réactif pour toutes nos demandes. L’accueil par Odile et Fidèle fut parfait. Cette jolie villa est merveilleusement bien située . Elle bénéficie d’une vue à 180 degrés sur la mer. Le jardin offre différents lieux de repos dans la journée où les arbres nous offrent de leur ombre et de leur fraîcheur. La plage de sable à proximité est immense et la baignade était délicieuse. L’ambiance y est familiale. Le petit port de Gythio à 5 minutes en voiture mérite que l’on s’y arrête. La région du Magne est grandiose ! Mais chutt… elle reste préservée du tourisme de masse… chutt… La maison est simplement meublée et équipée mais avec goût. Nous avons eu bien chaud , rendant parfois la nuit difficile malgré la pléthore de ventilateurs ! Mais c’était le mois d’ août avec ses températures à 35-36 ..et puis c’est la Grèce non? Merci à Jean de nous avoir permis de séjourner chez lui.Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ou chez des amis !

Ganz tolle Lage

Das Haus liegt wunderbar auf einer kleinen Halbinsel, so dass man praktisch aus jedem Fenster und von jedem Platz im großen Garten aus das Meer sehen kann. Zum Strand läuft man ca 12 min, mit dem Auto geht es natürlich schneller. Die Ausstattung ist eher praktisch, nicht luxuriös, aber ausreichend.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, herrliches Grundstück

Für dieses ebenerdige, umzäunte Domizil spricht u.a.: die ruhige Lage auf einem großen, üppig bewachsenem Grundstück mit herrlichem Blick zum Meer, der lange, fußläufig gut erreichbare Sandstrand, die mit dem Auto in ca.10 Minuten erreichbare Stadt Gythio. Betrüblich war, dass beide Liegestühle defekt waren. Alles in allem: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfektes Ferienhaus in Bestlage

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Ortsrand von Mavrovouni auf einem riesigen (!) Grundstück mit Blick aufs Meer und die Berge der Mani. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sonnen- und Schattenplätze zum Essen, Ausruhen, Spielen, etc. Ideal ist die Lage auch für Kinder, mit einem schönen Spielplatz und einem (abends gut besuchten) Sportplatz direkt gegenüber. Die Tavernen und der kleine Laden des Ortes sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen, der Strand auch in ca. 10 min. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, mit viel liebe zum Detail. Die Vermieter und Fidèle, ihr lokaler Helfer, kümmern sich sehr gut um das Haus, der Kontakt (am besten auf Französisch) ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Das allerbeste: die Außendusche mit Meerblick - wir konnten nicht oft genug duschen! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Cadre idéal pour vacances reposantes et visite du Sud du Péloponnèse

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison. Très bien équipée et avec un jardin très agréable et une vue sur la mer magnifique! L’accueil est très facile, et la région superbe tant pour profiter des plages alentour et du village de Gytheio que pour graviter un peu plus loin notamment dans la belle région du Magne ! Seul bémol, la chaleur début août malgré les ventilateurs pourtant performants une climatisation pour la nuit serait un plus 🙂

Une situation géographique exceptionnelle, une vue splendide, une maison très agréable à vivre

Il faudrait être très difficile pour ne pas apprécier la maison de Jean.... C'est une location qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, un jardin extraordinaire et une maison très agréable..... Sans compter la gentillesse de Jean et d'Odile, la gérante de l'hôtel Saga... Bref, nous recommadons vivement cette location.

Phantastischer Blick übers Meer

Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Domizil sehr genossen, Es fehlt an nichts. Okay, vielleicht ein Pool :-) aber zum Strand ist es nicht weit und dieser ist wirklich super. Wer nur zu zweit anreist, dem empfehle ich das Klappsofa im Wohnbereich zu nutzen. 1. kann man dann alle Türen ringsrum aufmachen und es geht auch bei großer Hitze etwas Luft durch den Raum und 2. kann man dann vom Bett aus sowohl den Mond- auch auch den Sonnenaufgang bewundern. Der Garten bietet mehrere Sitzbereiche. Vor allem unter den Bäumen lässt es sich bei hohen Temperaturen gut aushalten. Übergabe des Schlüssels und Organisation vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hat super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Fantastische Ausblicke in toller Alleinlage!

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen zu zweit in Jeans Domizil sehr genossen! Das Haus, ein Bungalow, ist mit allem ausgestattet,was man benötigt - einschließlich einer für unsere Generation absolut erforderlichen Filterkaffeemaschine :) In den Betten schläft man gut, auch wenn sie etwas knarzen. Die Aussendusche ist ein Genuss: Duschen mit Blick auf Strand und Meer, ohne selbst beobachtet werden zu können! Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet mehrere Terrassen und sonstige Plätzchen, so dass man ganz nach Wunsch Sonne oder Schatten wählen kann.Wer gern draußen isst - was wir ausschließlich getan haben - muss sich leider auf Wespen einstellen: wir haben sie einfach ignoriert ;) Trotz grosser Hitze haben wir die Klimaanlage nicht benutzt - man kommt auch mit den vorhandenen Decken- und sonstigen Ventilatoren aus. Die Selbstversorgung ist gesichert: es gibt einen fußläufig erreichbaren Tante EmmaLladen, der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar, der Supermarkt am Ortsausgang von Githio in maximal 10 Minuten. Sehr empfehlenswert: abendliches Speisen in einer der Strandtavernen am Mavrovounistrand: super lecker und preiswert! Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal hierhin zurück! Efcharisto, Hellas!

Een fijn huis - ruimte en rust

Een fijn huis op een prachtige plek, 10 minuten lopen van het strand dat ook in het hoogseizoen rust ademt. Veel privacy met uitgestrekte tuin vol schaduwplekjes. Een goede uitvalsbasis - mits je een auto hebt - voor de Peloponnesos. Verrassend groene omgeving. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook met contactpersoon ter plaatse prima geregeld.

Schönes Fereinhaus mit großzügigem Gelände und herrlichem Blick aufs Meer.

Die Übergabe klappte reibungslos. Das Ferienhaus ist toll gelegen. Zahlreiche schöne Orte in der Umgebung sind gut erreichbar, allerdings ist ein Auto erforderlich. Die Innenausstattung war prima, an der Einrichtung war die persönliche Note des Eigentümers zu merken. Das große Gelände vor der Terrasse bot den Kindern reichlich Platz zum Spielen.
