The newly constructed apartment is composed as follows:
• Living room with kitchenette;
• Large double bedroom;
• Double room;
• Disengagement;

In the immediate vicinity of the structure there are: market, tobacconist, newsagent, bakery, bars, restaurants, pizzerias. pharmacy, Pro Loco, bus stop.
At about 50 meters there is the tourist port and the pier for the ferries that connect Calasetta with Carloforte (30 minutes of navigation).
BEACHES: about 100 meters is the cliff of "Elisabetta". If you prefer the sand, about 250 meters is the first of the 3 main beaches in the area: "Sottotorre Beach". The other two are about 2 Km away ("La Salina") and about 3 Km ("Spiaggia Grande").
