The apartment is in a quiet complex with a beautiful swimming pool, toddler pool and well maintained gardens. The terrace is south facing. The kitchen is American style and has all necessary appliances including wifi, UK & Spanish TV, washing machine, dryer & microwave. Terrace furniture and garden/beach chairs are also supplied along with all linens. Beach towels available to rent for 5 euros each. In the main bedroom there is a superking size bed with zip up mattress which can split into 2 singles if required.
A key for the external gate will be sent to you and there is a keysafe by the front door with the apartment keys in it.
Please note that I will send you a rental agreement with a booking form. Activities in the area include: Golf, Tennis, Cycling, walking, paddle boarding & various other watersports, boat rentals, whale watching, Marjal Nature Reserve, Fishing.
Denia has an extensive array of bars, restaurants & activities to choose from. Ferries to the Balearics operate from the Marina. Explore the history of the old town and the Castle which offers panoramic views of the area. The beautiful town of Xabia is only 20 minutes drive away and Portal de la Marin Shopping Mall in Ondara is just a 15 minute drive away.
Valencia & Alicante are both an hours drive away. Hiring a car would be recommended.
