This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Carvoeiro with everything right on your doorstep. Carvoeiro itself is a lovely, family friendly town with numerous shops, bars, restaurants and beach. The apartment also has use of a large communal swimming pool.

The apartment is air conditioned, has Wi-Fi and cable TV and a cot and highchair are available on request.

Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. From Carvoeiro beach run regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area. There is a scuba diving centre nearby, kayaking, pedaloes and much more. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.

The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, newly installed kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and second bedroom and second bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed and the other bedroom is a twin room. Both bedrooms having sliding doors opening onto terraces. Of the two terraces, one is North facing and the other is South facing. The en-suite bathroom comprises of sink, WC and walk in shower. The other bathroom comprises of sink, WC, bidet and bath with overhead shower.

Guests will have the sole use of the apartment and shared use of the swimming pool.

Inside the apartment is an information book with emergency contact numbers and useful information about the house and the local area. Guests are also provided with a 24h contact number so they can contact the property manager in the event of a problem or with regards to any questions pertaining to the house.

There are various amenities within walking distance however buses are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book and there is a taxi rank just 200 meters from the apartment.

Please note that owing to the apartment's excellent, central location that noise disruption is a possibility in the summer months.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
