Home Details: Located 2 houses up from 30A and seconds to the beach in SEASIDE, FL - "How Sweet" is the perfect guest cottage oasis with everything from a KING master suite to a full kitchen and even a washer/dryer! How Sweet it is to stay here!
Guest cottage to "Amazing Grace", "How Sweet" can be rented together or separate. This one-bedroom cottage offers a beautiful king master suite on the main level complete with marble en-suite (shower only), and barn door for privacy. A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to a gorgeous stainless FULL kitchen complete with fridge, stove-top, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Eat-in dining space for 2, an open living room, flat screen TV and half bath complete the upstairs.

Everything was great. Only 2 suggestions…..there really should be coffee filters available in the house for the coffee pot, bought coffee after seeing the pot but there were no filters. The TV basically can’t be used unless you sign in on your own account from home which is annoying.

Darling house in the best location
I choose this property specifically for the incredible location right off 30a, across from the beach access and if course in the absolute heart of Seaside and I couldn't have been more pleased. What a dream spot for our short trip. The house itself is small but mighty. The finishes are all new and very nicely done. There's not lots of extra space here but it's laid out well and the spaces are just the right size when they need to be (bathroom, kitchen, king sized bed). I wished there was better outdoor sitting options but otherwise it was perfect.

Honeymoon Get Away
My Husband and I went here on our honeymoon and it was nothing short of perfect! We stayed in a cute one bedroom house that was just a short walk to the beach and the heart of seaside! We can't recommend it enough!

Cottage was ok but Construction created an unpleasant trip
Stayed in April 23. I am puzzled as to why you rent a cottage at the same time you have active construction on the property. I stepped on a roofing nail which went through my flipflop into my foot. This ruined the remainder of my trip. The cottage was just ok. The problem was the construction. I question why anyone would rent this cottage with ongoing construction on the property simultaneously with rental. The only way to get your luggage etc to the unit is on the 30A sidewalk, then down the trail, etc. By the time you reach the unit your luggage is covered in sand dust. Not at all convenient. If you leave your parking spot during the day…..every time you return you have to request the contractor to move out of the parking spot. You cannot sit outside on the balcony. I dreamed of enjoying coffee on the balcony. But construction workers everywhere . So no privacy and the noise is unpleasant. Also there is no place to sit downstairs— inside or out. The listing states”Located 1 house up from the beach in SEASIDE, FL “- this is not true. It is 2 houses including a street to cross. The listing states “Balconies upstairs offer Seaside town views “—— The balcony offer a somewhat obstructed view of 30a.

Perfect wedding anniversary getaway
We had a wonderful time in seaside at How Sweet. The house was perfect for my husband and myself! We loved how functional the small space was! The only issue we had was the tv upstairs. We would be in the middle of a show and it would freeze. So we would have to restart the tv. This happened a few times. Was not a big issue for us because we spent most of our time at the beach or we streamed on our devices and the wifi for our devices worked great. Also, it would be nice if there was a blind or if the glass was frosted on the door for privacy. The last thing was the shower handle. It took us awhile to figure out the hot water. We kept turning and turning the handle and finally got it hot. So we just pushed it in to turn the shower off and then to turn it on just pulled the handle straight out and didn’t turn it anymore. The location of the house is great! Easy access to the beach, great location for the town. The bikes were nice also. Very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. We would love to stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights, and the house had everything we needed/wanted and it was SO close to both town center and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the fixtures were all nice/new. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Overall the location was great. WiFi was either very slow or not working at all through a majority of the stay. May want to have the owner to check for a roof leak as mold is starting to grow at the ceiling apex on the second floor.

Had a great time. The property was nice. We personally think there should be another tv in the bedroom. Also, the lack of an ice maker was very shocking. I was having flashbacks to my grandparents refrigerator. Didn't like that!! The location of the property was ideal!! Loved the proximity to the town center.

How Sweet is a great little cottage. It is in the perfect location for easy beach access and shopping and food. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We absolutely loved our stay. Excellent location, sweet small cottage
Proximity to the beach and center of town make this cottage an amazing place to stay. It was perfect for my husband and I, but if you have a baby or more people it would be too tight. The only complaint we had was that we were promised two bikes upon arrival, and only had one when we showed up. We reached out to the appropriate resources multiple times trying to get our second bike delivered, but it never came and we didn't receive status updates. Other than that, I would give this place 10/10 and would definitley visit again.

Great Vacay Stay!
We loved staying in How Sweet! The location was perfect, easy access to sidewalks and the circle. We really enjoyed the upper deck with chairs and table during the evenings. Definitely a great spot for two people!! Loved it ❤️
